This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!

This multivitamin is pure gold. Witchcraft even. It has helped with my mood, my hair and skin health, pre-menstrual symptoms, and best of all my libido. Holy moly! It's the only change I've made that I can attribute it to. My husband has no complaints, other than maybe lack of sleep! If you are contemplating trying it, don't, just buy them. It took roughly 2-3 weeks to see noticeable changes. I've ordered my second bottle only this time a 90 day supply. I'm a costumer for life.

I feel amazing taking these. It has ideal ingredients that are bioavailable compared to what I was taking. My only complaint is that I NEED a magnesium supplement, bc it's so low. Which is fine I have one, and I make sure to take a little extra zinc and vitamin d. Other than that I am hooked. Update- I started these prior to conception about two months beforehand. I am almost 7 months and baby is doing amazing. I still take these along with magnesium glycinate and haven't had any charlie horses this pregnancy at all and sleep amazing still. I also do 10k vitamin d3 + K2, and potassium. Very pleased with this prenatal still. Even through that nauseating first trimester this prenatal never caused problems/headaches. Highly recommend ❤️
