The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to keep my kids (and the neighborhood kids) out of the storage closet for their safety. It’s great to have quick fingerprint access to get what I need, it doesn’t slow me down at all! It’s easy to add other fingerprints to door so others can can get in easily. The set up was quick too! I would highly recommend this product if you want some added safety.

Installing this wasn't exactly easy, it took two of us to get this together so definitely plan on having an assistant to help you! But once it was installed, we were very happy with it. Setting up fingerprints was easy - very similar to setting up your fingerprint to unlock a phone. So far it's been very accurate on letting us in as needed. The app has some room for improvement, but overall we are happy with this purchase.

Purchased this doorknob as our 4yr old has managed to bypass all of the safety doorknobs covers. I didn't want something that I would need to drill into our door frame and by chance came across this doorknob. I'm so glad I did! This keeps our 4yr olds from going into the garage and my peace of mind knowing that regardless of what they do they can't open the door. It also auto locks so no more worry of forgetting to lock the door. However, I think my favorite feature is that I can turn off the code requirement through the app so that when we're having people over, they can freely move in and out without needing our fingerprints or code. Will most likely be purchasing another very soon!

Waste of time and money. Great idea, poorly executed. The numbers never lit up or worked. The finger print only worked sometimes, otherwise it would just unlock for anybody when pressed. And the app is a joke. No matter what I did, my phone would never stay connected and eventually it failed to connect all together. Awful product, do not recommend.

We purchased this doorknob to put backwards on our front door for our son with autism, who escapes and wanders off. It has worked great! We are all able to control who comes in and out and get in and out ourselves while keeping him safe, needing an adult to come with him outside. Planning to purchase more for our other doors!
