If you like the Flexilla style of hose, and want to pay less, you found a great option. It has a similar feel, flex, and components compared to that brand. I'm a volunteer firefighter and we have landed on that hose to hold up best to the use and abuse we put it under (vs. Goodyear and some others). If you handed this hose to me with a blindfold on, I might say it was Flexilla (that maybe hyperbole, but you get the idea). Easy to thread on my home's spout, easy to spin and coil, and worked very well supplying water to wash my car with a power washer. I got this hose for my wife's greenhouse - here are the things I like about it! - Really nice metal ends - Kink resistant - Seems nice and thick, durable. - Surprisingly not super heavy! As far as hoses go, this is a nice option! For around $20, this is a sweet hose!

Working well as a garden hose. Lightweight, not sure how heavy duty it is. Has aluminum ends, not brass but at least they won't rust. It will kink, but no worse than others I have. All in all, a nice hose for around the house at a good price.

I’m enjoying using this hose, surprisingly enough. It has a really nice, not-stiff feel to it, and the brass ends are well made and attached. Not a lot else to say about a garden hose. I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up long term but will update when I know. It’s a lot nicer than the cheap hoses I own, that’s for sure! A nice upgrade to my junk hoses. ... show more

The hose ends are heavy duty and well crimped. The threaded portions are anodized aluminum and the interior crimped on parts appear to be brass. These connections all looked good with no leaks or issues. Overall the hose seems well made and is more flexible and lighter than my other hoses. Time will tell as to how well it holds up with use. My yard is larger so I will be connecting this to one of my existing hoses. In fact I got two so that I can connect them up to several sprinklers from the main feeder hose. ... show more

The Rugged Rhino Heavy Duty 25ft Garden Hose Is well made with quality fittings and looks like it will hold up to some abuse. The hose is lightweight and easy to maneuver, and the hose ends screw on easily. The material isn't your typical vinyl/plastic hose it has a "foam" kind of feel, it's soft but tough. The outer shell is completely smooth like it was extruded and not layered together. At 25' it's on the short end so consider that when selecting the proper fit for your needs.
