I bought this heating pad to relieve constant stiffness I was having in my neck. I did plenty of homework before settling on this particular model. The pad is amazing. It heats up fast and fits perfectly. I barely know it’s on because of the comfort level and lightweight feel. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 timer settings. 60 mins, 30 mins and 15 mins. All those combinations make for a variety of settings. As for power, it comes with a usb power cord that you can plug into any power port. I choose to use my 5v dc power adapter that I use to charge my phone when I’m away from a normal ac outlet for extended periods of time. It works perfectly and allows me to walk around while using my heating pad. I would definitely recommend this product. It performs beautifully, looks well made for the money and brings me great relief which is most important. ... show more

I was questioning this because I got a shorter one but this was WONDERFUL. Fits my neck comfortably, stays not only on my neck but goes down to my C7T1 where I got my epidural. Ice and heat and rest. This product is great for relieving neck pain and stiffness. I often wake up with a "crick" in my neck. This neck wrap works great to alleviate that pain and stiffness. I love that it is charged via USB so you don't have to bother with a battery. The outside cloth is very soft and comfortable on your neck. I like that there are 3 different heat settings depending on what you need. I highly recommend this if you suffer from neck pain or stiffness. ... show more

I love this heating pad. It will plug into my computer and I can get relief from pain and stiffness in my neck while I work. I feel that it heats just enough to be effective without any danger of burning my skin. It has a shut off timer which is great because I don’t think it’s good to have heat on the area at all times but if you still want heat after 60 minutes all you have to do is turn it back on. The only downside is that it can get a little uncomfortable having it wrapped around ones neck tightly so it’s necessary to wrap loosely so the heat really penetrates the bottom of the neck but not the nape of the neck. ... show more

I bought a power pack to use with this heating pad. Together, I really like it. It heats well, and with the power pack, it is portable. I can move it from my neck to each shoulder. A regular heating pad just doesn't conform to those areas. I really dislike things on the front of my neck, but this is tolerable. ... show more

It works well enough just a bit small for my neck and it’s not big at all . If it was an inch or 2 bigger it would fit so much better

I wanted this to work because it is much smaller than a heating pad made for the neck. While it got warm, it did not have the same effect as heating pad made for the neck and had no effect on reducing my neck pain (whereas a regular heating pad for the neck did reduce my neck pain).

I thought it wouldn’t be hot enough but it can be too hot. I’m finding I need a towel or something inbetween the gadget and my neck as even low is hot.
