Place the position and direction of the heater, the switch direction is facing the direction that needs heating. Make sure the heater is cool and shut off or disconnect the gas source prior to installation.2. Preparation before installation, by turning each of the thumb screws back slightly to open the gap. Installation Steps1. Remove all packing material and peel film from the front side of the reflector. 2. Position the middle clamp of your reflector on the opposite side or approximately 180 degrees from the location of the gas control knob.3. Slowly bend either side of reflector until the rim of the patio heater enters the clamp on that side. Now proceed by tightening the thumb screw until snug. Repeat the same thing for the other side. Shake the reflector slightly after finishing to make sure clamps are fastened securely and won't fall.4. Before turning on your patio heater, make sure have not loosened up and is still tightly fastened to the heater top. Always make sure all clamps are fastened securely. When ready to use, safely connect the gas and ignite your heater.Notice: Using the heater reflector will change the original 360° heating direction to the 180° direction where the heat concentrates and generates heat.
