This is the 2nd one I've ordered in the past few weeks. I love it because it's comfortable and soft. Because it's microwaveable, using this doesn't require that I stay near an electric plug in order for it to relieve my neck stiffness and pain. My chocolate labrador retriever puppy noticed that my first one was still on the bed when I went to take a shower and decided she wanted to chew it up. Happy to say that the inside beads and other materials didn't make her sick. I highly recommend this!

I use this in the mornings when my shoulders are achey. It helps put pressure on my shoulders and relax them. When I have a headache, I stick it in the freezer for 30 mins and then wear it. It has a nice relaxing aroma!
