    • The paddle was great until it broke after three months of play
The paddle was great until it broke after three months of play. It literally started to fall apart as I was playing. The inner-core, hard-plastic pieces flew out of the paddle as I was hitting the ball. I contacted Amazon - they had me contact the seller. The seller never responded to me. I contacted Head directly. They told me to ship it back to them directly, which I did at my own expense. It has been two weeks and Head told me that they have not received the paddle. So, a fairly miserable experience all around. Also, I have friends that also purchased this paddle and have had the same experience with the paddle falling apart. Obviously Head has some quality assurance issues. There are plenty of other manufacturers that make paddles. I will stick with my Selkirk paddles for now. I cannot recommend this Head paddle to anyone. ... show more

    • Don't buy this!
I bought this paddle two months ago and it is already falling apart. The outer rubber part is loose and shifts with every hit. I would expect better product quality of a paddle for $80. My other $40 paddle does a better job. Head, please do your homework! I really can't recommend this paddle, even the current price of $60 is way too high. ... show more

    • Noisy, cheap feel
When you hit the ball with this paddle, it makes a loud sound on impact. My Wilson paddle, which is also substantially thicker, is much quieter and pleasant to play with. I wish I could return this to the store where I bought it, but they don't take returns once the wrapping is off.
