My dog threw up on my brand new couch. Need I say more? Even though I had already surface cleaned the cushion, I needed something to get deep down so I thought I'd give this little cleaner a try. It's really not that bad! Well made and compact, perfect for small spot messes. I've deducted one star because the manual specifically says do not put cleaning solution in the clean water tank. This machine is water only. You have to wet the spot with the machine, spray your cleaner, then use the machine to scrub then suck up the water. Suction is good on it's own, however you have to press hard on the surface you're working on for the suction to be better. So it's only as good as how strong you can press. Overall, it did what I expected it to and was reasonably priced.

Don’t bother to purchase Missed the return window It didn’t work, the water doesn’t spray out of nozzle but it must be a common issue because it states in instructions that if it’s not spraying water to check hose the hose is inside of the machine and I don’t see a way to even check it. Waste of money

It was a super easy set up, instructions were clear and the machine itself is dummy proof. I used it to clean my mattress as by boyfriend sweats a lot and it did a fantastic job. I also used it on my carpet for pet stains and again worked really well. I've had no issues, it auto shuts off if it gets to full, if you knock it over like it did, it will turn off the suction, solution is just turn it off and back on.

Mine came with no instructions whatsoever, so I had to go online to view videos to make sure I did it right. It also came with no bottle of cleaning concentrate like every cleaner I have ever bought in the past. The solution comes out way too fast and half of it ended up on the floor and I had to mop it up, so to help with this, I figured out you have to bear down a little and tilt the nozzle bristle end up and the end towards the hose down because that's where the solution comes out at. The suction is good so therefore you don't have to wait that long for the area to dry, the price is good, and it does a decent job of cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. I’m in loveeee my car feels so my cleaner!! So easy to assemble and use! Good buy. Definitely grossed me out with how much dirt I didn’t realize I had in my car… I’m so happy it’s clean now.
