This is very easy to use and clean! The sprayer works really well. It allows you to easily soak the spot in need. The suction is great and gets most of the water out of the carpet. Leaves it damp which dries pretty quickly. The water tanks click on and off with the handle and it only has one button. Can't get much simpler then that! The top of each tank comes off completely for easy cleaning and the top of the tube in the dirty tank comes off so you can clean inside. The blue part on the suction handle also comes off to you can thoroughly clean the handle as well. I bought this to clean up puppy accidents and I have not had her repeat in the spots that I have used it. The cleaner it comes with is unscented as well.

I love this cleaner. Remember if it stops working it’s because it’s past the fill line. Simply empty and you’re back in business! Does an amazing job. It is kinda scary how filthy my stuff is when I see the color of the water. It also dries so fast!

Sprayer broke third time using the cleaner. I thought I was being smart by purchasing an item that wasn’t overloaded with features. (More features, more problems). Sadly, not the case. I’ve had the item for about two months. This is the third time I’ve taken it out for use and the sprayer is broken. Return window is closed. That’s disappointing.

I had called around for someone to clean my couches...the quote was $200. I purchased this cleaner for $100 and could not believe the results. The brush portion lossened up the hair from my pet. The water coming through the output was dark from all of the dirt that it had pulled out. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to carry. The only problem that I had was with the canister latches...input and output. I could not open them, I had my Daughter do this each time. Definitely money well spent.
