    • Poor customer service still no help no end in sight Please help us with refund!!!
The bike came in with no issue's. Then 4 months later the belt was chewed up when the tension was increased. We contacted Harison over a month ago and it took over 3 weeks to finally get the part! They said that it was easy to install. It came in a lot of pieces, and we were not able to follow their easy (so they claimed) instructions! They also have no support here to install. My wife and I are close to 70 and unable to fix it!! Finally, I found someone local to do the work, but bolts won't come out and we paid them out of pocket!!! No offer from them to pay! in my e-mail I sent to them I asked for any ideas on someone local to fix and I got no response!! I e-mailed them 3 days ago and we have not heard a word from them!!! We will never order from them again! We will buy local so if there is a problem we can get it fixed!! This is something my wife uses almost every day for health reasons. Now she has to commute to a club to use their exercise bikes! The bike is all of 5 months old! As you have reviewed our order, we are out $499.00! ... show more

Challenging to put together. Some of the instructions were difficult to follow. However, now it is operating we enjoy the exercise. Sturdy and seems well made.

Faster shipping than i expected. Took a couple hours to assemble , no missing pieces, seems to work well so far. it hold my nearly 400 lbs pretty comfortably. i haven't tried the electronics other than putting the triple a batteries in to make sure it came on.

Used product daily for 3 months... then it stopped working. some rubber or silicon part related to the tension/resistence broke and got caught inside the wheel. It was an awful experience taking the bike apart hoping I'd be able to easily fix it; only to realize the defective part was now in shreds inside of everything. Not recommended.
