Not bad for it's price. I've been using mine for a few months now and although I have had to tighten the bolts once or twice as the machine settles from use, it works great over all. My only complaint is the little caps that go on the handles can be loose. I have one that if i bump it pops off. At this point since I don't need to reach anything inside the tube it caps I will just glue it so it never comes off. Otherwise the bike works great and even if the cap pops off occasionally it doesn't affect the comfort or operation of the bike.

Bought this for my husband. He put it together easily. The quality is good. He’s 6ft 4 inches and has no problem using it. He would like the seat to be a little bigger with more padding. The price was right for me. I didn’t want to spend a huge amount of money, but wanted him to have something to workout with.

Used product daily for 3 months... then it stopped working. some rubber or silicon part related to the tension/resistence broke and got caught inside the wheel. It was an awful experience taking the bike apart hoping I'd be able to easily fix it; only to realize the defective part was now in shreds inside of everything. Not recommended. Do not waste your money.

The overall design is great except for the height of the pedals. I purchased this for my mother who has CHF but also has a mobility issue with her right knee. The pedal hight versus the radius is too long so I have an expensive dust collector. I don't have the original box because of getting everything unboxed. The Styrofoam pieces inside were pulverized and made a huge mess. No way possible to tear it all apart and rebox for a refund so I am sending caution to all considering this well made equipment. It is super sturdy justake sure you can definitely pedal this bike before purchasing it. My brother assembled the bike with ease but he took his time making sure to follow the manual. He did not have the first minute of trouble with it. From what little bit he pedaled it the sound was whisper quiet and very solid.
