I must have spent hours comparing the bikes here and other places. I am so pleased with this purchase. It came so quickly - literally about 18 hours after we purchased it. The bike is almost completely assembled; you just put on handles, a seat, pedals and some covers. Everything is completely marked, and you can watch a how-to video also. It's a sturdy, quiet bike and has a large comfortable seat; take a good look at the seats on bikes as you shop. This bike does not have the fancy workouts on the screen or an app, but that's fine. I looked at those too, but I had to be honest with myself - would I even use them? I spend my bike time watching TV, and I really don't need another app tracking me. My husband has his own goals, so for us more electronic stuff to go wrong didn't make sense. Our warranty card came immediately after we filled it out, and I feel they are reputable company. We love it!

This is my second order. I had a damaged bike from the first company I purchased from. The bike had a large crack. I contacted the manufacturer Harrison Fitness. They were wonderful and advised me that the first company was not an authorized dealer. Their authorized dealer is Biaiqi Fitness. So I returned the damaged bike. I loved this bike so much I immediately ordered another through the proper dealer. It arrived perfect and earlier than expected. Harrison fitness customer service has been in contact with me throughout all of this. This recumbent bike is sturdy, well made, comfortable, quiet and was easy to assemble. A luxury quality bike for a great price. I highly recommend the dealer and manufacturer .

I would have given this exercise bike 5 stars except for a couple of things. First the pros: It is well made and sturdy. It is whisper quiet and wont distract others if in the same room. It has an ergonomic seat back that is easy on the back. My wife who has back issues, especially likes this. The seat has decent padding and seems comfortable unlike spinners. Multiple resistance adjustments are easy to change on the fly. Now the cons: The directions leave a lot to be desired. The pictures are not very intuitive. There is no color coding or markings on the wiring. You have to connect 3 wires together in 4 different places in the tubing during assembly and I have no idea if I have them connected correctly. I'm thinking not because the functions don't seems to be working correctly. If not, I doubt I will disassemble the whole bike and instead just live without the computer. That's not really why I purchased the bike anyway but it would have been nice if the manufacturer made it a little easier to connect. I am OCD about things being straight and level and this bike has some components like the seat, backrest, front handgrips that don't line up perfectly. Again, not a dealbreaker and doesn't affect the operation. All in all, a great bike for the money however they could have put a little more effort in the directions especially the wiring.

Thus bike is very well made and very sturdy. I had an issue with a missing part and some confusion over connecting up the wires, but all were resolved through the excellent customer service department. The missing part was received very quickly and the bike is up and running. Exercise bike is very comfortable and very quiet during operation. We're very satisfied with our purchase.

the parts are quality and fitment is very good. i never had an impression of "cheap" [we just finished putting together - so usage experience is yet to come] the paper assembly instructions are quite poor [not horrible - just not at all adequate. had to continually go back to the video. even then i had to back up many times to understand the actual step. [i have assembled a lot of things, built buildings, overhauled cars - 'not a novice]. i had one question that i could not answer with either. i tried chat and was told thy were not at home. i sent the suggested email and never heard a answer [i finally guessed and it worked out OK]. two notes on manufacturing: two of the screws were the not the size shown in the video or described on paper. [they worked OK - just caused 10 minutes of mild frustration]. manufacturing abrasionS in the rotation handlebars is not consistent with the rest of the build quality [must have be subbed out]. it was not caused by shipping - everything was wrapped fine lastly, an actual USAGE video [instead of the abrupt text and the young lady showing the value of exercise] would be a great addition!

What a smooth, easy to use bike! Super easy to navigate the panel (don't even need the instructions for basic use) and don't need to hook it up to anything to get the basics (speed, distance, time). Able for both my husband (6ft ) and myself (5 ft) to use it by just adjusting the knob. Very stable and has resistance levels to keep one satisfied and striving for more. Yes, had outside company install it (thru Amazon) and glad we did - took him 45 minutes and he knew what he was doing (no issues with parts). It is heavy (70 lb carton) . Looks GREAT and the seat is very ergonomic (though I did put a gel cover on it for extra comfort).
