This is my second order. I had a damaged bike from the first company I purchased from. The bike had a large crack. I contacted the manufacturer Harrison Fitness. They were wonderful and advised me that the first company was not an authorized dealer. Their authorized dealer is Biaiqi Fitness. So I returned the damaged bike. I loved this bike so much I immediately ordered another through the proper dealer. It arrived perfect and earlier than expected. Harrison fitness customer service has been in contact with me throughout all of this. This recumbent bike is sturdy, well made, comfortable, quiet and was easy to assemble. A luxury quality bike for a great price. I highly recommend the dealer and manufacturer .

It was a bitch and a half to put together for someone of my physique, but having it is a great thing for me I will say that the 'building' instructions could be worded a bit better, but otherwise they're fine; they even have pictures! Things I don't like about it: 1: To be in a comfortable position on the bike the seat is all the way back, but then I can't reach the handles unless I lean forward, which is a big no form what I understand about exercise (proper form and all that) 2: When you are obese and using it, there are times when you are biking that the middle section of the bottom of the bike will hitch up a little bit, not that big of an issue, but it does make me have to rearrange myself so I can sit in proper form again 3: The electronic.. 'thing' (I don't know how to describe it) that catalogs what you're doing refuses to reset even after I hold the button upwards of 10 seconds, unsure if I read the instructions on that incorrectly, so it could just be user error 4: External wires near the back of it, be careful of children! 5: Due to my size, the handles on the side for sensing your heart rate dig into my fat. THESE CAN BE REMOVED 6: The feet pedal attachments (the black wraparound grip things) aren't that large, so me with my size 11 and a half feet, can barely fit into it with shoes on (which is recommended) With that in mind, here are the things I do like about it: 1: Seat is comfortable, and the chair helps with controlling your slouch because you will notice the difference lol 2: The seat is movable, good for people of different heights 3: Great product for its price, don't get that twisted 4: Makes very little noise. Unless your walls are so thin that breathing on them causes them to fall apart, you shouldn't hear the bike 5: The packaging for this bike was very well done. I wasn't sure whether I should be mad or impressed at how tightly things are packed in the box, but I've gone with impressed. I can only imagine the number of boxes that whoever filled it has done. 6: It is easily movable, it has a handle at the bottom rear where you can pick it up and the front has these plastic wheels (careful of good floors) Yeah, that went on for a bit, but I felt I should give an equal amount of good sides for negative for it to deserve the rating I gave it

My wife has been the primary user of this bike, and she reports that it is comfortable and quiet. I have heard no complaints from her about its day‑to‑day use. With help from our kids, assembly was straightforward. The owner’s manual was clear and well written, and all parts were present. When an issue did arise, the customer service from Nora at Harison was excellent. Her responses were timely, courteous, and helpful, and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

The overall design is great except for the height of the pedals. I purchased this for my mother who has CHF but also has a mobility issue with her right knee. The pedal hight versus the radius is too long so I have an expensive dust collector. I don't have the original box because of getting everything unboxed. The Styrofoam pieces inside were pulverized and made a huge mess. No way possible to tear it all apart and rebox for a refund so I am sending caution to all considering this well made equipment. It is super sturdy justake sure you can definitely pedal this bike before purchasing it. My brother assembled the bike with ease but he took his time making sure to follow the manual. He did not have the first minute of trouble with it. From what little bit he pedaled it the sound was whisper quiet and very solid.

I found this second bike my a little challenging to assemble it. It didn’t feel like 90% assembled. Just unpacking it took some work…once assembled, the pulse sensor didn’t work and I couldn’t align the sliding tube to tighten one of the screws. I have to return it and request my money back. This bike for a senior would be challenging to assemble. UPS would leave the heavy box outside the door… if you live alone and have some physical challenges, you might check with the seller about delivering and assembling assistance. It’s a pretty bike but the cosmetic plastic features that cover the screws could break easily…If you don’t buy this bike directly from Amazon, you might have trouble returning it right away…
