This is my second order. I had a damaged bike from the first company I purchased from. The bike had a large crack. I contacted the manufacturer Harrison Fitness. They were wonderful and advised me that the first company was not an authorized dealer. Their authorized dealer is Biaiqi Fitness. So I returned the damaged bike. I loved this bike so much I immediately ordered another through the proper dealer. It arrived perfect and earlier than expected. I would have given this exercise bike 5 stars except for a couple of things. First the pros: It is well made and sturdy. It is whisper quiet and wont distract others if in the same room. It has an ergonomic seat back that is easy on the back. My wife who has back issues, especially likes this. The seat has decent padding and seems comfortable unlike spinners. Multiple resistance adjustments are easy to change on the fly. Now the cons: The directions leave a lot to be desired. The pictures are not very intuitive. There is no color coding or markings on the wiring. You have to connect 3 wires together in 4 different places in the tubing during assembly and I have no idea if I have them connected correctly. I'm thinking not because the functions don't seems to be working correctly. If not, I doubt I will disassemble the whole bike and instead just live without the computer. That's not really why I purchased the bike anyway but it would have been nice if the manufacturer made it a little easier to connect. I am OCD about things being straight and level and this bike has some components like the seat, backrest, front handgrips that don't line up perfectly. Again, not a dealbreaker and doesn't affect the operation. All in all, a great bike for the money however they could have put a little more effort in the directions especially the wiring. ... show more

Love this bike. Really is well made and heavy duty. We have been using this bike daily for months and it’s easy to adjust the seat and controls are easy to reach. It’s very quiet and the resistance is easy to set. The unit came boxed well to protect it. It was mostly assembled and easy to finish setup. The overall design is great except for the height of the pedals. I purchased this for my mother who has CHF but also has a mobility issue with her right knee. The pedal hight versus the radius is too long so I have an expensive dust collector. I don't have the original box because of getting everything unboxed. The Styrofoam pieces inside were pulverized and made a huge mess. No way possible to tear it all apart and rebox for a refund so I am sending caution to all considering this well made equipment. It is super sturdy justake sure you can definitely pedal this bike before purchasing it. My brother assembled the bike with ease but he took his time making sure to follow the manual. I found this second bike my a little challenging to assemble it. It didn’t feel like 90% assembled. Just unpacking it took some work…once assembled, the pulse sensor didn’t work and I couldn’t align the sliding tube to tighten one of the screws. I have to return it and request my money back. This bike for a senior would be challenging to assemble. UPS would leave the heavy box outside the door… if you live alone and have some physical challenges, you might check with the seller about delivering and assembling assistance. It’s a pretty bike but the cosmetic plastic features that cover the screws could break easily…If you don’t buy this bike directly from Amazon, you might have trouble returning it right away… ... show more

The bike was easy to put together but the resistance levels are horrible .I selected level 14 it feels the same as level 2 .Do not buy this the resistance is way too easy set at 14 which is supposed to the hardest.Terrible
