It was a bitch and a half to put together for someone of my physique, but having it is a great thing for me I will say that the 'building' instructions could be worded a bit better, but otherwise they're fine; they even have pictures! Things I don't like about it: 1: To be in a comfortable position on the bike the seat is all the way back, but then I can't reach the handles unless I lean forward, which is a big no form what I understand about exercise (proper form and all that) 2: When you are obese and using it, there are times when you are biking that the middle section of the bottom of the bike will hitch up a little bit, not that big of an issue, but it does make me have to rearrange myself so I can sit in proper form again 3: The electronic.. 'thing' (I don't know how to describe it) that catalogs what you're doing refuses to reset even after I hold the button upwards of 10 seconds, unsure if I read the instructions on that incorrectly, so it could just be user error 4: External wires near the back of it, be careful of children! 5: Due to my size, the handles on the side for sensing your heart rate dig into my fat. THESE CAN BE REMOVED 6: The feet pedal attachments (the black wraparound grip things) aren't that large, so me with my size 11 and a half feet, can barely fit into it with shoes on (which is recommended) With that in mind, here are the things I do like about it: 1: Seat is comfortable, and the chair helps with controlling your slouch because you will notice the difference lol 2: The seat is movable, good for people of different heights 3: Great product for its price, don't get that twisted 4: Makes very little noise. Unless your walls are so thin that breathing on them causes them to fall apart, you shouldn't hear the bike 5: The packaging for this bike was very well done. I wasn't sure whether I should be mad or impressed at how tightly things are packed in the box, but I've gone with impressed. I can only imagine the number of boxes that whoever filled it has done. 6: It is easily movable, it has a handle at the bottom rear where you can pick it up and the front has these plastic wheels (careful of good floors) Yeah, that went on for a bit, but I felt I should give an equal amount of good sides for negative for it to deserve the rating I gave it ... show more

It’s a nice ride works great just one problem my ass hurts after 20 minutes of riding seat sucks like sitting on a hard peace of plywood recommend a hole lot more cushion needed especially for elderly ppl and the price I would think it would be more comfortable bike good seat is really cheaply bad recommend investing in a soft seat if buying for home use ... show more

The overall design is great except for the height of the pedals. I purchased this for my mother who has CHF but also has a mobility issue with her right knee. The pedal hight versus the radius is too long so I have an expensive dust collector. I don't have the original box because of getting everything unboxed. The Styrofoam pieces inside were pulverized and made a huge mess. No way possible to tear it all apart and rebox for a refund so I am sending caution to all considering this well made equipment. It is super sturdy justake sure you can definitely pedal this bike before purchasing it. My brother assembled the bike with ease but he took his time making sure to follow the manual. He did not have the first minute of trouble with it. From what little bit he pedaled it the sound was whisper quiet and very solid. ... show more

I would have given this exercise bike 5 stars except for a couple of things. First the pros: It is well made and sturdy. It is whisper quiet and wont distract others if in the same room. It has an ergonomic seat back that is easy on the back. My wife who has back issues, especially likes this. The seat has decent padding and seems comfortable unlike spinners. Multiple resistance adjustments are easy to change on the fly. Now the cons: The directions leave a lot to be desired. The pictures are not very intuitive. There is no color coding or markings on the wiring. You have to connect 3 wires together in 4 different places in the tubing during assembly and I have no idea if I have them connected correctly. I'm thinking not because the functions don't seems to be working correctly. If not, I doubt I will disassemble the whole bike and instead just live without the computer. That's not really why I purchased the bike anyway but it would have been nice if the manufacturer made it a little easier to connect. I am OCD about things being straight and level and this bike has some components like the seat, backrest, front handgrips that don't line up perfectly. Again, not a dealbreaker and doesn't affect the operation. All in all, a great bike for the money however they could have put a little more effort in the directions especially the wiring. ... show more
