This is a fantastic little steamer. It comes with 3 different type of attachments, depending on your cleaning needs. I use one of the attachments to steam clean my carpet steps, and another to clean my kitty robot and the rubber trim gaskets on my car. You can change the temperature and pressure of the steam by turning a knob with 6 different settings. The unit heats the water quickly, and starts blowing off some steam in about 30 to 45 seconds. You can add cleaning solutions as well to your water if you need some extra cleaning power. I use some carpet shampoo added to water to clean my steps. Make sure you wear the provided gloves to protect your hands as the steam emitted is very hot. The switch to turn on and off the steam is on the side of the unit. I would prefer if the switch, however, was on the hand wand for convenience. Some of the attachments did not screw on tightly, but, after notifying the company, I was sent an entire replacement for the steam cleaner. I use vigorous scrubbing for the items I clean, so this is an important consideration for me. The customer service by this company was quick to respond to my inquiry about the attachments and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the solution to this issue. Used it to defrost multiple freezers, and this made the work so much easier. Note, that there is a high temp stop, so I just keep it on constantly, otherwise it needs a 5-15 minute rest to cool down. Customer support is top notch.

This steam cleaner is small and easy to use. It has enough power to blast through more than I thought, but does lack a bit of power to completely get rid of the ring around the toilet. I also used it for my jetted tub as the tubs motor is broken and I needed a way to clean deeper into the jet holes, this actually has been fantastic for that and has loosened up a lot of debris/bacteria that comes out when the tub is filled with water. The handle does get a bit hot when using it and I wish it came with nicer attachment heads but overall I'm really pleased with this steamer. ... show more
