Well, this one is simply the most nonstick I think I've found and so easy to clean. Sometimes just a rinse will do it or you can use the included pad.

I spare no expense on cookware, grills, and ranges. I bought this in October of 2020 and use it at least twice a week to cook eggs. Per the instructions, I use a bit of oil or butter. It works as well today as it did when I got it. The only thing that has failed is the red "It's hot" indicator. But note this thing works as well as the other non stick I have that was many times the price of this.

I was a little miffed at having to put together a frying pan, but it went together well, and they even provided the screwdriver. Not really a big deal. I used it for the first time today, on med-low, and I could tell before I was halfway finished that my food was sticking. Maybe I'll try it with a few other things, but if it doesn't get better, I will return it. That said, even though food stuck, it was in incredibly easy to clean.

I bought one of these for my husband and I to use, because when we got our induction stove the pans we bought turned out to be very heavy. This is lighter in weight, balanced, easy to clean, a little bigger, and has the clever indicator that it's hot. We bought another one for our cabin, and then one for our son-in-law when he changed to induction cooking. We all have other pans but choose these first every time.

This is exactly what I wanted in a pan! I have been on my own for fifty years; bought countless frying pans from cast iron to nonstick. I cook everything from chicken to fish, asparagus to quinoa, and an awful lot in between! I have yet to burn a dish, even the syrupy residue of a honey glaze, but cleaning this pan is by far the easiest task ever. I have never looked forward to cooking, cleaning, reusing, cleaning again but this is so truly a special pan. I am back o line to buy another!!!
