This vacuum is powerful. I have two other portable corded vacuums and they're only around half as powerful as this one. If you plan on using this in the car, this will take care of most of the job you throw at it. I will echo that the suction starts to degrade after a slight use (maybe 30 seconds in?) And I'm not sure if that's overheating or just the lack of motor quality. It's nice that this doubles as an air compressor for anything that needs to be blown up. However, I really do wish they gave many more heads, especially thin nozzles as they know the primary market for this is the crevices in cars. The price is quite high compared to other cordless vacuums, let alone corded vacuums. Black + Decker has a few cordless vacuums for about 60% of the price. I originally was getting this as a handy car vac, but in practice we ended up using it around the house as sort of an all-purpose tight spot vac. We used it to vacuum the insides of windowsills and corners where the regular vacuum couldn't get, and the spills of powdered soap in the laundry drawer. Lots of uses for it. The charging system is good, and it comes with a long enough USB cable, but no charging adapter, so you have to rob one off a phone to charge this. It comes with a spare filter, which is nice, but we haven't had to use that yet. The power button is kind of mediocre. You have to hold it in to turn it on, then tap it up to 3 times more to get full power. The vacuum is very loud, so I recommend using the lower power setting if that will do the job. For some reason the power button had a cover on it <shrug>. The packaging was nothing to write home about, so not super great as a gift presentation, but the actual product was much better than I expected, so can recommend. ... show more

Took a few days to figure out why it wouldn't turn on I guess I had a brain fart because I didn't notice at 1st the hand vac has a green lid over the on off button which is kind of odd by itself. After figuring that out I tried this item to clean between my van seats the battery only lasted 30 minutes on a full charge so I must believe these types of internal battery products are made to be disposable after a year or so of regular use. ... show more

I've been using it as a keyboard dust blower, and man does it do such a good job at the cost of my eardrums. It's also great in its vacuum mode for light dusting and crumbs around your desk. But what's more worrying is just how hot this device gets in the area i'd assume to be the batteries. I'm sure it's fine in terms of safety, but not sure in the aspect of longevity, but I guess we'll see on that! Overall, it's a well built device, but a carrying bag for all the tiny parts this thing comes with would've been nice too ... show more

I got this portable handheld vacuum because I wanted something I can easily take out to clean small messes rather than using my heavy, bulky vacuum. I will say this thing has some power to it, but I am not a fan of how short the battery life is. I’m having to charge it after every use. It is lightweight so definitely better than carrying a bulky vacuum around. My issue is that the tip opening is very small and there are not many attachments that come with this vacuum. I used this to vacuum the pet hair off of my chairs and it took awhile because I did not have a lot of coverage. This vacuum is perfect for car messes but again, no point in leaving it in the car because you need to be able to charge it. Not sure if I would get this product at this price point. ... show more

This is a convenient tool to have around for smaller spills or tidyups. It has a strong, little motor which gives it surprisingly, significant power. Picking up little items won’t be the problem, but the issue will be the small storage space. So, your routine will involve vacuuming a little, then opening and emptying the storage receptacle. Repeatedly. Which is something to consider when your vacuuming needs are a little extensive. Comes equipped with smaller attachments that you can connect to the rear to turn the device into a small blower. It is a nice tool to have. For limited duty. But, a decision will need to be made on whether the price it is on sale for is worth it. ... show more

    • Great little vacuum, but it overheats too quickly

This is a very good handheld vacuum with some attachments and an extra filter. It has USB-C charging and was already fully charged out the box. There's three speed settings and the suction is great on the second on third settings. There's just one problem. It overheats quickly. Speed two and three are required for good suction, but it doesn't last long on those modes before returning to speed one. It will do a great job at cleaning up small areas, but the overheating is a bit too much. Four stars. ... show more
