Fast and Easy
This hand held steamer heats up in seconds. It is a powerful cleaning tool that is very easy to use. It does a great job cleaning tile and grout, and becase of the steam there is no scrubbing or chemicals, which makes it eco friendly. It is light weight and doesn't stress out your arm while cleaning. The variety of attachments that come with it, makes the job of cleaning difficult areas, easy. As a bonus you can also use it to steam clothes. I really like this steam cleaner and I would definitely recommend purchasing it.

Worth it!
Very easy to use! Just fill and go! I had a hard spot on my toilet that wouldn’t come off and this got it clean- no problem! Very lightweight and versatile! Lots of steam!

Very strong steam!
The media could not be loaded. I decided to try this handheld steamer out to clean the mold in shower. I love the fact that it came with various attachments for different cleaning options. Additionally, this thing was very easy to fill with water (see pic). This steamer warms up fast (just about 10-15 secs)! I love the fact that you have to press the handle to release the steam…kind of a safety feature. You can also lock the handle in place for continuous steaming or lock it to prevent accidental steam. The water capacity is very nice…my husband steamed for almost 30 minutes in the bathroom before having to refill the water. The cleaning power is really good! Next, this little machine gives out a strong level of steam (see video). Every time you press the handle, it emits a burst of steam. Lastly, the safety features sealed the deal for me. It automatically turns off when it’s out of water or if it overheats. The power switch is also sealed to protect it (and you) from water. I really like this handheld steamer…it is a good investment and will make my cleaning efforts a whole lot easier!

Not as great as I'd hoped
I found this steamer to be heavy. The handle is awkward and the trigger is hard to keep pressed. It did not clean as well as I hoped

Broke it out for cleanup.
Right after everybody left from the Christmas party we pulled this out to make sure everything was spick and span in an instant. It was very easy to use, the noise level was comfortable it heats up quickly and it seems to be putting out a pretty decent amount of steam.

Powerful steam action
This produces lots of steam! Love how it works. Used to clean the grout in my shower yesterday and it worked perfectly. Didn't use any additional cleaner, just the steam. Our water causes the grout to stain and this helped remove the discoloration. I also used it to remove a stain from a piece of brand new clothing and it took the stain out. It comes with lots of attachments for all types of uses.

Nice to clean carpet with smoky vibe. Just put some water and then you are done to knock out the stain from the carpet. I love this as it is very easy to set up and comes with every tool that needs my cleaning job.
