I am incredibly impressed with this countless aspects of this teeth whitening system. I’m in my 40’s and have missed how white my teeth used to be. At some point in the last decade I’ve continued with coffee daily and red wine as a favorite social drink, but stopped the whitening treatments. And it shows. In full transparency, it was my increasing teeth sensitivity due to being a life long teeth grinder ( do wear my guard nightly) that prompted me to start to dread and then avoid treatments all together. I have thus proceeded cautiously, using a tray every other day and am already sooo happy with how the results I’ve already gotten only 3 trays in! These are effortless to use, this has helped me get over my mental avoidance hurdle. Everything is set up & ready to go so this is easier to use than my dental whitening trays that still fit! These have a genius double tray design… the outer tray is there only to help with insertion of the inner tray, while the inner tray already has the whitening gel in it. These are MUCH more pleasant to use all around than whitening strips yet much faster and easier to use than whitening trays. This system also doesn’t at all irritate my gums like both custom trays and strips do ( I can’t even explain why this is? ) In terms of sensitivity, it is very manageable for me & I have VERY sensitive teeth. I use a tray at night for a strict 15 minutes and that night have no increased sensitivity. The next day I note slight sensitivity that lasts the full next day but it is very manageable, so minimal I only note it intermittently throughout the day and it’s never enough to even call it pain much less be the ice pick tinges that hijack ones ever thoughts and focus ( iykyk). It’s gone the following day which is why I have had success with repeating this on an every other day schedule that keeps sensitivity entirely manageable. The typical peroxide taste is present but something with the tray design makes it much less mouth enveloping than that experienced with strips or even trays. I can’t talk with these trays in but otherwise have no problems with them staying in place and when I remove them the gel is still thickly clinging to my teeth, ready to rinse off ( as in, it hasn’t all dissolved and washed out w saliva like I note with trays). Really, I’m impressed by all accounts, it seems a lot of R& D likely went into this product design to find this happy medium on so many of these aspects to deliver a method that is effortless and effective! The single packed tray design is great, as is the dispensing box that keeps everything tiny ( I did note these say refrigeration recommended so that where I have this tidy box. The nice tongue scraper was a very thoughtful gift included (don’t be surprised how much you love it if you’ve never used one!) I cannot wait to see the full result when I am done with all trays ( will return with initial and final pictures but including current progress. Apologize for slight lighting difference but regardless the changes already I see are real and not from such ). I can promise I currently see visible whitening with each tray. These are my new favorite product by far for achieving whiter teeth.

My previous dentist had these boxes (minus the tongue scraper) sitting on the sign-in window every time I walked in his door. The last time I was there was mid 2024 and the 10 pack of 15% Mint flavored had a price posted of $115.00 back then. I never bought them but plenty of people walked in to "grab and go" with these Opalescence GO boxes. So, I was pretty excited to find these here. I know from using the Crest brand white strips that you do not want to brush your teeth or use mouthwash, etc. prior to using any teeth whitening system. I used the first of the 10 trays (they come as a set of upper and lower clearly marked) yesterday. I am a month out from my last dental cleaning but was surprised at the noticeable difference in the brighter shade of color in my teeth. I wore the tray inserts for 20 minutes which might be a bit much for a first time of use. I will say that if you have never used this type of system then you may be surprised by the amount of whitening gel left on your teeth when removing them after the treatment time. It is best to grab a paper towel and wipe it off of your teeth and then rinse with warm water. I had teeth sensitivity on a few teeth that also had a bit of gum sensitivity with those teeth. It was a stronger feeling for a few hours and I did not brush my teeth until that evening but did so without pain. This morning there was no sensitivity but there was a noticeable natural whiteness. I don't want to see stark glaring white teeth in the mirror but this was just a nice "lift" of color. I will probably only use a set every 3-4 weeks for maintenance as I do like my cold brew coffee daily and red wine occasionally. The tongue scraper is a nice touch and surprisingly helpful. It comes with a storage/carrying case which is much appreciated. This is a great find at a real value price! Enjoy and smile often!!

I think this teeth whitening system works really well. The trays are definitely an interesting delivery method since you bite down on them rather than applying them like traditional whitening strips. It took me a use or two to get used to the feeling, but once I did, I actually found them to be simple and convenient. One thing I really appreciated is that these trays come prefilled, so there is very little mess or guesswork involved. The kit uses a 15% hydrogen peroxide gel, which is a pretty standard concentration for at-home whitening products and is designed to lift stains from things like coffee, tea and wine. The treatment sessions are also fairly short at only fifteen to twenty minutes. I noticed the longer caused more sensitivity for me so I would do 10-15 mins. I also love that this kit includes a tongue scraper. Honestly, I think tongue scraping should be part of everyone's normal oral hygiene routine alongside brushing and flossing. It can make a huge difference when it comes to fresh breath and overall oral care. Another thing I liked is that this system does not require an LED light. According to the manufacturer, the whitening gel is formulated to work on its own, which keeps the process straightforward and makes it easier to fit into a daily routine or on the go. Overall, I think this is an effective and easy-to-use whitening kit. If you are looking for something more convenient than traditional strips and appreciate extras like the included tongue scraper, this is a great option.

Pros: I've been a coffee drinker for years, sometimes knocking back two or three cups a day across every form imaginable, from K-Cups and ground coffee to whole beans and espresso, and my teeth have paid the price for it. I'd been using a purple toothpaste to manage the staining, which helps but only goes so far. I was genuinely hesitant to try whitening trays again after a bad experience with a well-known strip brand that left my gums really tender, so I went in cautiously here. The application process was straightforward. I placed the U tray on my upper teeth, sucked in for about two seconds, pulled out the green tray, and repeated the same steps for the lower. I was careful not to suck too hard since I didn't want the gel touching my gumlines, which worked fine for me personally since my natural smile doesn't show that area anyway. I left them in for 20 minutes and genuinely noticed my teeth looked whiter after just one use. My gums felt completely fine afterward, which was a relief given my history with sensitivity. Cons: Around the 20-minute mark I started to feel a bit of a sting on my tongue from saliva buildup, so I wouldn't push past that point. I took them out, brushed thoroughly to clear any remaining gel, and that resolved it, but it's worth being mindful of the time. The bigger sticking point for me is the price. There are well-known strip brands out there that cost noticeably less, and for a 10-treatment supply, this sits on the higher end. If you're sensitive to whitening products or have had bad experiences with other brands irritating your gums, this may genuinely be worth the extra cost. If you've had no issues with standard strips, the price difference might be harder to justify.

**Title:** Noticeable Whitening Results, Just Be Careful With Sensitivity I was really happy with the results from this whitening system. After using one box, I could definitely see a noticeable improvement in the whiteness of my teeth, and after continued use, my teeth were much whiter and at a level I was happy with. The trays are easy to use, but I do recommend carefully reading all directions first and even watching a video of the process if you are unsure. Drying your teeth before applying the trays also helps them make better contact. I used the upper and lower trays at the same time and left them in for about 15–20 minutes. The biggest thing to know is that you have to be careful not to get the gel on your gums. It can sting, burn, and temporarily leave white patches on the gums, which do go away but are uncomfortable. I also found that if I left the trays in for the full suggested time, I had tooth sensitivity throughout the day. Once I shortened the time by a few minutes, it was much better. Overall, I would recommend this whitening system because it really does work and gave me visible results quickly. Just follow the directions closely, avoid getting the gel on your gums, and start with a shorter time if you already have sensitive teeth. And ENSURE that you do not get any on your gums, I cannot understate how much it can burn and blister your gums, which makes sense because it is a powerful whitener, just make sure you use it the right way!

I used to whiten but stopped because of sensitivity from grinding. These Opalescence GO prefilled trays changed that. The double tray setup is so simple. You just bite down on the inner tray with the gel already in it and remove the outer one. No mess or measuring like with custom trays or strips. I started with every other day for 15 minutes at night and saw real whitening after just a few uses. The mint taste is mild and the gel stays on my teeth well without much leaking onto my gums. I get a little sensitivity the next day but it is very manageable and fades quickly. Nothing like the sharp pain I had with other products. My teeth look noticeably brighter and more natural without that fake glow. The trays fit comfortably and I can go about my evening routine while they work. This kit feels like the professional stuff from the dentist but at a better price with the bonus tongue scraper that I really like using. I plan to finish the 10 treatments and keep these for maintenance. Great results without the hassle.

This is a product review for Opalescence GO 15% Mint - Prefilled Teeth Whitening Trays - (10 Treatments). The following is a list of pros and cons from my experience with the product. Pros: 1) The dental trays are pre-filled. All you have to do is fit the trays over your teeth. 2) I'm on day 6 and I do notice a difference in terms of whitening. 3) No overwhelming teeth sensitivity. 4) Has a pleasant mint taste. 5) Competitively priced. 6) Unlike strips, these cover all of your teeth. Even the molars. 7) Made with high quality ingredients. 8) Easy clean up. 9) 15% Hydrogen peroxide content. Which, I believe, is what you'd get from the dentist's office. Cons: 1) I think the cost might be a bit prohibitive. Even though it's priced competitively. Overall, I'm pleased with the results. Compared to strips, I would recommend this, hands down.
