Easy to use !!! I used this to remove tint on my car and it was worth it. These places charge $50+ just to remove tint when you can just buy one of these and do it yourself. Also use it to deep clean the kitchen and bathroom. Very easy to use! The steam pressure made cleaning the stove a breeze!

Pros: -small -plenty of attachments -easy to operate -tank feels big for size -works fine Cons: -not hot enough -not continuous, steam function cycles -attachments are loose / detach too easily -not enough pressure -lots of little faults I got this steam cleaner on super sale and figured I'd try it out. I'd probably give it a solid 3.5 rating if I could, but for an entry level steam cleaner for someone who's never used one, it's great. Proved that steam cleaning can be useful, helped me decide I want a nicer one on the next big sale, and it was nice to feel like I was sanitizing things without breathing in who knows how many chemicals in the process. That being said, even for a novice, this had it's faults. The biggest annoyance by FAR is how it cycles. I did a quick search online and found out most low to mid end models will do this. What happens is for maybe a 1-3 minutes, you'll get awesome steam and pressure, and then it dials back and you can keep cleaning but it feels much less effective. Made what is advertised as a quick and effective cleaning process take forEVER and I wanted to just bust out the chemicals and steel wool instead. What's the point of a bigger tank, etc. if you still have to wait for the most optimal point in the cycle?? In addition to this, even at it's peak steam output, it did NOT have enough pressure. 90% of the time I'm using it, I have to put the tip of the wand RIGHT on the area I'm trying to clean, even scraping or nudging the dirt with the tip to get it to clean. Because of this, I was also hesitant to use some of the attachments because I felt like it diluted the power of the steam, but temperature and pressure. Additionally, even though the attachment variety was nice, it was obvious they were an afterthought / cheaply made. They didn't fit snuggle, some would just fall off, and even the squeegee attachment completely came apart during a simple window cleaning. The scraper tools would turn as you used them and the bristle nozzles would turn too soft to be effective almost immediately, leaving you with just the brass bristle nozzle as your only option - which you definitely can't use on most surfaces if you don't want to scratch them. All of this in combination left you feeling like you got a play toy more than a cleaning product, however, that was kind of my goal in terms of my first steam cleaner. I would still keep this one as a back up or to keep in a part of the house / garage for other uses, but will definitely be investing in a much better cleaner in the future. ***Quick Note On Expectations*** Steam cleaning DOES work well, but you have to temper your expectations with it, because it's not like the infomercials that make it seem like you just point and instantly melt dirt. Yes, this is not the best one in the world, but even the higher end ones don't just magically melt grime that's built up over years on your tile grout. Sometimes that does happen, yes, and it's extremely satisfying when it does, but a lot of the time it's great at HELPING you clean and you'll have to come back through with a little elbow grease - albeit a lot less than you would otherwise. You also have to play around with it to see what it's most effective on, although this part could just be this particular steam cleaner. That being said, I was super impressed with steam cleaning as a whole and, again, felt good to clean without pretending like I was fine breathing in and/or touching all of the chemicals in traditional cleaners. Also, steam cleaning was great to loosen stubborn stains, mold, mildew, grime, etc. if it didn't blast it completely, and it reached nooks and crannies you would never think to clean - like all of the inner compartments in my shower head or shower wand, which the steam cleaner melted algae and mold buildup out of that I would never have been able to reach without soaking the whole thing in bleach somehow. There were definitely lots of moments using this that I thought "wow, I didn't realize that was supposed to look like that" after blasting away dirt that I thought was just a part of whatever I was cleaning. And, although they don't recommend doing this, I also got in the habit of adding a drop or two of an essential oil - peppermint being my favorite because it smelled nice, but also because it is well known for helping to deter bugs, etc. Anyway, happy cleaning!

It’s worked wonderfully, the only thing I will say because it’s through trial and error on my part. Don’t use on paint surfaces too closely I use it on a door paint started to peel when it place too close to the door. If you try it first try from a slight distance. Great buy for me

Not a pressurized steam cleaner. No trigger or direct control over the steam. Our previous steamer had a metal tank that was heated and then steam came out under pressure. When it finally died, I looked at how it was made and it was honestly a bit sketchy. However, the build up of steam made for a constant, strong steam controlled by a trigger. So on and off was very convenient. It did take up to 10 minutes to reach full steam, but it worked very well. This particular unit uses a "insta-hot" steam feature that sucks up water from the tank and is heated to steam before it comes out. The problem, though the steam comes out quickly, is that a lot of hot water also squirts out, which makes a spashy mess all over the place. The steam is controlled by a dial, which is honestly confusing because the dial doesn't seem to really do anything. If you dial it high, the same amount of steam comes out as the low setting. And you have to wait for the steam to stop before you can put the gun down because it has no trigger. Normally, you will wipe up as you steam, but the lack of a trigger means you have to wait to use the towel and there is water all over. It also makes a terrible mess when steaming your car seats or dash. So much water will come out and potentially cause damage to your leather or leak into electronics. I'm going to try a different unit.
