I’m giving it two stars for the fact that it was on the cheap side, but had so many pieces to it. Unfortunately, it didn’t do anything positive, cleaning wise. I read all the five star reviews and I thought this is it. I can’t believe it. I’m getting something that’s really going to help me. It didn’t do anything for helping me with fabric or to clean my car rims or anything. It’s false advertising. I’d like to know who these people reviewing this product are. In fact, I would give it a one star but I feel bad so I’m gonna go with two. But it’s just a total way to have to return it to Amazon, which I will because it’s junk they tell you to only put a certain amount of fluid into the steamer yet they don’t even mark the cup, so you have no idea of the amount to put in if you don’t have a measuring cup. I wanted this to see what it said it was and I wanted to believe the reviews and I went through the trouble of ordering it and now I will go through the trouble of returning it.
