This product is the size that i wanted, definitely big enough for both of my rats. they absolutely love this cage and i really like the modern color scheme. i hate wire cages and this one they can lay on the wood and i know they are comfortable. room for multiple hide outs and hammocks. instructions could be better but a solid cage overall.

Bought this for my two chinchillas and it’s pretty good for the price. It was a little difficult putting it together and it’s not as big as i thought it was going to be. It’s easy to move around if needed. Being able to open the doors in 3 different places is good. Unfortunately they have chewed the wood. So I am currently looking for a replacement. However, I’ve had this one for over a year now and it’s worked fine!

I want to like this cage, the look is great, I love the style and the color but there’s some major flaws. As far as instructions go it wasn’t bad, took me a couple hours two nights to get it together. But one major thing is the stairs that are supposed to push up under each level aren’t long enough and don’t help with any support. So I had to put my own blocks in and tape the tops to the platforms and even then they shift. My guineas are already chewing the crap out of it and bending the platforms from jumping on them, mind you they don’t weigh much and have only been using it for two weeks. The poop falls right through the openings in the doors. I have to keep pads down to keep their pee from saturating the wood. It could do with a more protective finish. So overall I like look of the cage and if your on a budget it’s not a bad option but if your looking for durability and a cage to last this isn’t it. I can already see me having to buy a new one before the year is out. Will be getting a metal cage forsure.

I rate this product a 2 and that’s being nice. The only thing I do like is the size. That’s perfect. The cage is made very cheap. Not good quality at all. You need a degree in engineering to put it together because the instructions are not clear. The product was put together by my husband, which took all day, and the top did not line up (see picture) which meant the lid didn’t fit. Would not recommend this product.

I purchased this for my daughter's rats. It took me almost 2 days to finish building. I had to take it apart no less than 3 times due to holes being drilled in the wrong areas, the instructions being incorrect, or having to repair parts as I go. I have also had to make modifications as one of the provided pieces left a 1 inche gap that the rats could fit through since it was also incredibly flimsy. The multiple levels are nice, but supported only by a ramp on one side. I worry that they will start to sag as soon as the boys start running around. The paint and wood are also poor quality with many areas chipping or bubbled. There is no sealant on the wood, so I believe it will also be impossible to keep clean and smell free. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. So I read all the reviews and looked past alot of the negative parts but when I started to put this thing together I understood completely why people were confused. This for me was definitely a 2 person job! I thought through the beginning of the instructions aren’t bad at all till I got to the end and things didn’t line up and the top just was bowed so bad leaving gaps which I can deal with just not a fan of how it looks. There were multiple chipped pieces and it was poorly painted. It works and I’ll repaint but it looks different in person than the pictures like most things haha. But it does the job and my ferret taz likes it. It took about 1 to 2 and half hours to put together my husband helped there were tons of extra screws left over some I felt needs to be longer but it worked. The step’s definitely help with stability as my lil dogged hopped up in side the cage. Also some of the screws were useless since it had extra metal in the middle and I couldn’t use it. Honestly for what I paid for it and shipping I feel like it should be better quality seems very cheaply made (just my opinion). If you have any questions just ask. It works though that’s all that matters.
