Just purchased. Tired of heating up the oven to cook small meals and frozen pizza. Popped in a frozen pizza to try it out and it was excellent. I like the crust crispy and it was cooked exactly that way. Warmed up quickly - no waiting like with the oven. Love the simple dials that require no learning (ha) and the fact that the door opens up and over the oven. No worries about touching a hot door while removing my food.     • Great, roomy oven for a lot of light to mediium cooking without big oven heat
Well designed toast oven that works well everyday. Would buy again but next version good be slightly better. A std store bought DiGornos pizza fits with enough room on sides to allow air and heat to evenly distibute. Have only used on Ultra-Thin and Thin crusts. Cooks the ultra thin or cracker type crust very well in air fryer setting. Toppings get done at same time. Thicker crusts require paying closer attention due to distance from pizza surface to heating elements. Reheating pan thick can leave cold center or over done outer. Lowering temp and cooking longer helps. Toasting / Baking works well and is quick. Bagls, sandwiches, anything up to about 2" thick works well. Increasing thickness beyond that begins to get decreasing good results as the food gets closer to the heating elements. This results in overcooking on outside and undercooking in center. That is just nature of size not an issue. Like that the door glass is at a slight angle. It helps see how what's in the back of the oven is cooking without having to pull so far out of oven. Lesser chance to accidentally go to far and overbalance oven. Minor Issues - Like that door rolls up. Dislike that this makes the inside of the glass hard to clean splatter off of. It is possible to get hand between top of oven and inside of door when door is open. If door came off pivot point easily and safey it would be better. Door opening pivot point requires that there is almost the same clearance above the oven as the height of the oven itself to open. This is an oven so it of course requires adequate clearance for heat venting, however it did almost not fit on counter, under std build upper kitchen cabinet. Dimensions details probably show this. All other ovens that lived in that spot opened outward, and it is just simple, std built so the detail of just how high this needed to open up didn't register until first use. It fit, just a be aware of sort of thing if your space is not quite std. Lettering on dials is small and very hard to read. The area available to put this labeling is also very small. Not a major but could be better somehow. Adding color to denote level would help. ... show more

Functional design, lightweight, space saving. Really like the several pans and racks that were included. Front has big function buttons with clear to read markings. It is exactly what I wanted at a very low price.

I really like this toaster oven. The more I use it the better I like it. Discovered the best way to air fry, don’t put the baking tray underneath the air fryer basket. Baked canned biscuits perfectly. And love the roll top door. Great buy

    • Quality mid price oven.
My friend has a very small kitchen and is not a cook. He has a stove that doesn't work and didn't want to buy a new one since he doesn't cook. He did need an oven that he could get frozen foods and bake a pizza in. I'm his researcher. He was going to buy some cheap one in Walmart but I told him he wouldn't be happy and it would turn him off all toaster ovens. He let me do my research and I found this one for him. He loves the roll up door saving him room and he has already put a frozen 12 inch pizza in it and it turned out just edible. . The oven does get very hot and he has had to adjust the temp back as well as the time on what he puts in it. Baked potato turned out great, better than microwave potato. All that being said. He tried different frozen pizzas. Rising crust, Detroit style, supreme, meat lovers etc. . The problem he is having is uneven cooking. The crust will burn before the toppings are done. He has adjusted time and temp, rotated pizza half way through, flipped the rack so the pizza wasn't so close to burners. pizzas would drip through the rack and down onto the elements. The user guide is useless. No instructions on rack placement, bake or air fry, or anything else. Contacted customer service. They were as useless as the user guide. In the description on Amazon it says convection. There is no convection setting. There is only an air fry setting. So do we air fry frozen pizza or bake? Have ordered a pizza pan to sit pizza on while cooking to hopefully solve the dripping problem. However the uneven cooking is still a problem. Do we lower the temp from the box pizza instructions and cook longer or adjust rack, Use bake or air fry? It's like trial and error. Have wasted several pizzas trying to figure out how to get it right. Have lowered my 5 star rating to 3 stars because of the problems and useless user guide and equally useless customer service. I'm sure it is still a quality oven for the price, you just are on your own trying to figure out how to cook in it. ... show more
