So we had been rolling with an 15 year old Oster toaster oven, which had seen better days. It had the old school analog twist the dial timer. So far, this toaster over has been great! The air fry feature does take longer than a dedicated air fryer, but the basket is quite large. We do not have counter space in our kitchen for a dedicated air fryer. The toaster function works great and it remembers the settings so once you get them dialed in (# slices and how dark) you are good! The controls are intuitive - # slices appear at top - so it is the top knob to adjust - darkness level shows below so it is the bottom knob. If you want convection bake you just click on the bake setting and click the air fry button to turn on the fan, which is amazingly quiet! The broil feature works great - and there is some extra insulation where the glass door closes over by the control panel to keep heat from seeping out that way. I REALLY like that the control panel is on the right hand side - all the toaster ovens with the controls OVER the oven are likely to have shortened life because heat rises!! Have not yet gotten to use the grill feature - but the grill try is HEAVY and non-stick. Very nice quality. Also the pan can be used two ways - the traditional way inserted on top of the wire rack **OR** it can be inserted in the slot UNDER/built in to the wire rack to catch crumbs or melting cheese - whatever you don't want dripping down onto the heating elements - amazing! Keep in mind for the bake and air fry settings, there is a pre-heat period. THEN you press start which begins the countdown on the timer. However, the toast and broil settings are immediate and the timer counts down right away. The broil setting works great - after we have baked the hot dogs a few minutes, we turn on broil and it browns the outside just like they would get on the grill. Overall extremely happy with bang for the buck - with all the included trays/baskets/racks, and also that the design was very well thought out with an eye towards detail. I was initially concerned about the sides getting hot - but this oven stays cool on the sides. The back of the oven only gets hot towards the top so it is safe to shove it all the way back on the countertop which is a plus. I ordered a cutting board with silicone feet to safely rest on top so I can now store the extras on top. Really could not be happier with this purchase. I looked at several others and this was definitely the right choice!

I've been using this toaster oven/air fryer for about a year now. It's pretty much the only thing I use other than a microwave now and then. It works great. Cooks evenly and temperature seems to be accurate. There are only two things I would change about it. The top of the oven gets very hot and what bugs me the most is you have to be aware that once the oven has reached it's preset temperature, you have to push the button again for the timer to start. Forget to push the button that second time and your going to have burnt food.

Received product with broken handle. Don’t know whose fault but I can’t give it any more than one star yet. I have a replacement ordered. Let’s hope we find this one undamaged. If not I will be returning it and not be buying another.

I ordered this as a second choice after the original one I bought (different brand) burned my finger when I tried to turn it off and couldn't be happier with this one. Very quiet and works great. Toasts quickly, airfryer, bake and broil all work well. My favorite feature is grilling though. Once I figured out how to use that feature (just had to read the instructions) I use it all the time for bacon, vegetables, chicken, burgers, steak, etc. I am still working on the timing for steaks since I like them rare and have tended to leave them in a little too long. The burned finger from the other one was worth it (that one didn't have the grilling feature).

in another website like on the "You Tube" channel there is a video where you can search or look for about this electric oven from brand name "Hamilton Beach" with other names like the "Air Crisp" if you search on the You Tube channel about how this oven works one of those videos there is a man talking about this oven and he says that this oven is low class like is not a good quality oven because of reasons like when it heats up the way you want it to probably very hot the door to open the oven gets also too hot but too hot that it can be dangerous to use then because it can burn your fingers off or like you have to use a towel to open the oven door but me "Jessica A" the one who have bought this oven and did not wanted then thinks that not everybody is going to use this oven that way like with a towel also this oven does not heat that much where I have seen I thought this oven heats more than what I thought or probably I think this oven came in the delivery with some electric problem where probably someone threw the package to hard against the floor to put it there but I do not know exactly who might did that probably the security in the front desk of my address probably the delivery people trying to put it against the floor and trew it down hard or probably the Amazon store send a kind of damaged merchandise with like heating problems, I think this oven takes alot of time for the frozen foods to cook where this oven comes with its baking pan, I think you have to bake frozen foods in this oven with no baking pan to get to cook more faster like with the rack or the frying rack, I don't think everybody is using this oven that way and are going to want to use the baking pan to bake their food, probably to bake or cook with the baking pan you have to put the oven in broil setting not bake also I thought this oven was bigger or more spacious in the inside of the oven and when I turned on the oven for the 1st time and only time it had like a little bit of a burn smell like if the oven was burning from a damaged electric wire
