Great fryer for home use!
Size: 1500 Watts, 3 Ltrs New for 2021
I’ve been really happy with this Hamilton Beach deep fryer. The 3-liter capacity is a good size for family meals without taking up too much counter space. It heats up quickly and keeps the oil at a consistent temperature, so the food comes out crispy and evenly cooked. The basket is a good size for frying chicken, fries, shrimp, and other favorites. I also really like the stainless-steel construction, lid, and removable magnetic power cord, which make it easier to use and store.

The Best Durable Air Fryer for Everyday Use
Size: 1500 Watts, 3 Ltrs New for 2021
I bought this deep fryer in October 2023, and I’ve used it every single day since then. This is not casual use—it literally gets used every day. At one point, the coating on the wires of the fryer basket started to wear off, to the point where the copper layer underneath the nickel plating became visible. You can easily buy a replacement basket, but I decided to make my own completely by hand using 304 stainless steel, which is built to last and, in my opinion, much healthier than the nickel-plated steel basket. That’s the only negative point, but considering the price, I completely understand it. Other than that, I’ve been using it continuously from then until now, October 2026, without a single problem. For the price, based on my personal experience, this is the best option. I 100% recommend it, and I would buy it again if it ever breaks. 😂 Just to clarify! I was not paid to write this review, and the product was NOT free!

This fryer is perfect for a family meal. Not really for a big feast, it takes forever for a fish fry. It works great and looks good. The temp control works well. It’s pretty easy to clean.

Works surprisingly well!
Size: 1500 Watts, 3 Ltrs New for 2021
Heats up quickly, and easy enough to clean given what it's used for. Some of the parts are a little loose fitting, and the basket has some stray sharp wires that stick out. For the price, it's not bad and works well.

Amazing Deep Fryer with Great Features!
Size: 1500 Watts, 3 Ltrs New for 2021
The Hamilton Beach 35032 Professional Style Electric Deep Fryer has been an excellent addition to my kitchen! It’s the perfect size with its 3-liter capacity, making it great for frying everything from small snacks to family-sized meals. The 1500 watts of power heat up quickly and maintain the temperature beautifully, so everything comes out perfectly crispy. I also love the frying basket with hooks, which makes draining oil super convenient and mess-free. The stainless steel design looks sleek and is easy to clean, which is always a big plus. It’s sturdy and feels well-made, so I know it will last. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional-style deep fryer that’s easy to use and delivers great results, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves fried food done right!

Don't let the size worry you. It is actually perfect!
Size: 1500 Watts, 3 Ltrs New for 2021
Little did I pay attention to the size when ordering. After the fact I read 12 Cups? 96 oz of oil max. The minimum amount of oil is 64oz. I was like oh my goodness this is going to be too large. Well it is not it is the prefect size. I can fry two chicken breasts which is perfect for me. Maybe you could do a third but it is just simply much easier to do two at a time. Cooks them to a perfect brown color and fully cooked in 15 minutes. It is extremely easy to clean as everything comes apart. The heating element slides onto the side. The fry pot is just a pot that sits in the shell. The base and handle come apart easily but stays together when using it. The cord is magnetic and if it gets yanked while in use it just pops off but stays secure when in use. This is just a very nice fryer.

So easy to use! We are still making new things but Fries and chicken wings are great. I just did tempura shrimp and the family is requesting it again all the time. No problems and actually is easier to clean than I thought it would be.
