I got the 120k BTU . Delivery was fast (2days) this thing is heavy like 220lbs, need 2 person to move around, came in double boxed,very well. Very easy installation straight forward just connected between pool filter and salt cell, it came with 10 gage wire already attached. Once everything connected and secured took me 5 minutes to program and start heating the pool. Dowload the app so I can see the heating progress on my phone. It took 24 hours to heat from 73°f to 92°f very quiet when was running on full speed. Very satisfied. My pool is inground 15k gallons so I bought well oversize so it heat quick and done, it was worth it 24 hours went almost 20 degrees I'm in central Fl so nights in here still around high 50's and low 60s this will keep nice until summer comes and then if it gets too hot this unit chill water too. And the best part the price for the size and quality and finish, great.

Bought a WARMBLU H18. Unit arrived in well packaged box with no damage. Delivery was quick via Amazon. I bought this for my 18,000 gallons pool so that I could swim sooner and longer. Unit is able to increase water temperature by 1 degree every 2 hrs of running. It comes in 220V with attached cable. I already have a Pentair Pool controller box so wiring was easy after installed a GFCI 20amp circuit breaker following instruction. Running noise was minimal. Plumbing was also easy with a 3 way and 2 way valves and 1-1/2” PVC pipe. Need multi purposes cement due to both ABS connectors and PVC pipe. There was a price reduction after I bought the unit so I contacted WARMBLU customer service and through the customer representative, I was able to get a price reduction within 24hrs.

Was having a problem with my water heater after hooking it up I contacted customer service WAEMBLU, and immediately got a proper explanation of what was happening and what I had to do to render the fix they are very professional and get back to in a very timely manner would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Seems like a nice heat pump for your pool. It’s pretty straightforward to use. The water has an inlet and outlet section. A hose will take water from the pump and then release it back to the pool after being warmed. This will not filter water but heats it. It’s a solid and heavy feeling unit. Seems pretty sturdy. The design was pretty clear which I liked. It doesn’t seem overly complicated to use.

Installation was pretty straightforward (no rage-induced tool throwing required). If you’re somewhat handy, it’s very manageable. Plumbing and wiring were simple, and everything connected cleanly. It’s a sturdy, well-built unit that doesn’t feel cheap. Performance-wise, it does exactly what you want. It heats steadily, about a degree every couple of hours, and once it reaches your set temp, it holds it consistently. It’s not instant like a gas heater, but it’s efficient and reliable, which is a fair tradeoff. One of the best surprises is how quiet it runs. You can actually enjoy your backyard without feeling like a jet engine is spooling up next to your pool. This pool heat pump gave me the feeling that my setup finally makes sense. Before adding it, the pool looked fine, but it did not feel fully dialed in.
