The media could not be loaded. Used very little. Only went through one tank of propane before it started dumping water. Seller said to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer does deal with the homeowner. Was advised by the manufacturer to contact a dealer. Nearest dealer is 65 miles away, and does not service my area. I offered to pay for the labor, if the seller would warranty the parts. The seller completely refused to help me in any way. DO NOT BUY THIS! Waste of money! This heater is great. We heated our 30 foot round in just a few hours to 91 degrees. We had one issue with a part busting but Raypak was quick to send us out a new one

There were two payment plans offered on product, 0% intrest for12 monthly payments on my Amazon card was chosen and not applied. Called Amazon got two different answers from two different representatives. I should have realized that 0% interest was too good to be true. Good heater.

This unit is badass! Installation was a breeze.. I do recommend that you have your gas company hook up the gas so they put the right regulator on the gas line .. we be swimmin!!!

Junk, just received mine had it professionally installed and the increase temperature button on the console does not work. So I have a $2600 block sitting next to my pool that does nothing..Very disappointed in Rheem and In the swim supplies.
