This coat/cape is really nice and looks very expensive. I am 5’8 195 pounds and the xx large fit me perfectly. I love it so much that I just ordered the khaki one and may order the pink one. To help take the wrinkles out I sprayed water throughout and put in the dryer on low for 15 minutes.

i am 5 foot 1 and 245 lbs. i got a 2x and it fits more like a large us. i cant even close it around my hips. im a professional seamstress so i can add some gussets to help it fit better but not everyone can do this. the over all design is very cute. the cape part fits well around my shoulders and arms. its the body of it thats rather small. over all due to the quality i gave it 4 starts, but the sizing is why i took one off. we really need a better system to size women's cloths.

The question I had with this coat was if it would be scratchy or not. I can say that it is definitely not. In addition, I had never had this type of coat before, and I have to admit I really like the ease of being able to move my arms as needed as opposed to being constricted by the coat design. Best of both Worlds. Keeps you warm without hindering your movement, and all this while looking good - and not having to deal with breaking out from whatever material the coat is made out of.

This is not a lightweight coat. It's a heavy coat made for winter wind days. I feel like I will be very warm on those days of cutting, icy wind in winter. And just on any cold day, but I feel like this will specifically be good for windy days. It's very heavy. The cut and structure are very nice. I only don't love the gaudy gold buttons. They make this look cheap. I'm going to have my mom replace the buttons with some black or gunmetal ones to clean up the look of this. If you like gaudy gold buttons, then you'll love the entire look of this. I think it makes this look cheesy and too 'young' for my tastes. I wear a size small and pulling this on, I have to shift my shoulders around because I felt a minor tug on one side as I was putting it on, yet the body of it was very loose. Which is nice to wear under layers, but with the style of it, I'd expect a more gathered waist on it. The belt is the same material as the outer layer of the jacket. No cheap polyester or anything. It's heavy and fits great through the belt loops. It ties well and holds its place. Tying it in front is a bit bulky on me, but I'm also rail thin. The cape looks really great and since it's such heavy material, it lays against the body. It's got a nice flare and ripple to it. It looks really amazing. The neckline is cut low enough to be a bit sexy, but not overly. A good day to night look, great for the office, great for a date, especially since it is long enough and buttons low down enough to easily be worn as a dress with some boots, thigh highs, leggings. It looks really sheik with the belt tied. The pockets have little flaps, and the pockets are huge. They fit my Note 20 Ultra. One of my pockets has a hole in it, which is what I took a star off for. It's a pretty significant, torn up hole where it seems that the hemming on the lightweight inner pocket fabric was caught in the machine, then yanked out. Why it wasn't repaired, I don't know. My mom sews, so she'll fix it for me by winter. It's a nice looking, fancy looking, fashionable coat/dress, (save for those horrible gold buttons, in my opinion), and since it can be a coat or a dress, it's versatile. It's also heavyweight. It's going to be perfect for winter. It's definitely NOT a spring, summer, or fall coat unless you live somewhere that's very cold all year. It's a winter coat. It's heavy and I do feel like it's too heavy for a flimsy command strip hook. This will stay on a hanger, a heavy duty one, in my closet until the temps drop. The price is very fair for the heavyweight fabric and very good construction, save for the one pocket which is an obvious oops with the machine, the style, the look, the softness, the versatility, and the usefulness of this. I don't have to sacrifice style for warmth in this coat. I would recommend this. Just know what you're getting into. The small is a bit loose on me and needs that belt so that I don't look sloppy. The pockets are amazing and huge. My arms go in more than halfway up my forearms, so plenty of space. Very warm, heavy, and a great look.

Yes indeed! This is a fancy coat here and I am loving it. Had me looking all sophisticated lol. I love it!!! It does run a bit small. I even got the biggest size. Could be my chest. I cannot wait to sport this during winter and going into the office to work! Watch out there now! But I do love the material and the design.

Not so much a pea coat, as They call it, but more like a blazer dress with a stylish cape and extremely smooth, heavyweight fabric to make a fabulous coat. But, doesn’t matter what you call it, I’m loving it and think anyone else will too. I had to take off a star because of the buttons. They give the entire appearance of a bad ‘90s soap opera, plus they’re plastic and cheap feeling. The quality here is superb. However, I feel it’d look better a bit more fitted, mainly in the waist-hip area. I’m only 115lbs, 34A, 27”W, 34”H, so there is a lot of extra fabric with no where to go when I cinch this with the belt. The armholes, shoulders are perfect for layering, it’s just below the bust. So size accordingly to your fit preferences. This is an elegant choice, especially for more formal occasions, but everyday too if your feeling fashion-forward. The soft poly fabric is thick and WARM, but could be worn well on warmer days on its own. The pink is lovely, looks as pictured and is not too Pepto-y:). A gray option would be stellar. They’ve thought of everything here, except for those sad buttons. So, while I replace these buttons, I very much suggest giving this fabulous cape-blazer-dress-jacket-coat a go.

I use the word “coat” like this because it kind of it, and kind of isn’t. I have never had a cape-coat before so at first it felt a little strange wearing it. My son said it looked like I was going to a Presidential meeting, and my husband said I look like a Naval officer, so must not be too bad lol. The material is heavy and good quality- very warm. The buttons are very bright gold, which I am not crazy about, but am hopeful I can find ones that are more demure to replace them with. This is not as versatile as your normal pea coat and will definitely not be worn with just anything, but overall I am glad I have it as an option for the right occasion/outfit. I am also glad I ordered in black, as red would be a little reminiscent of Handmaid’s Tale ;-)
