Excellent. Where I live the city water pipes take a lot of damage due to freezing over the winter, so the hot water is shut off for a couple of weeks each summer while they repair them. It's my least favourite time of year as I don't feel quite human without a hot shower, and the tankless heater already installed in my place was broken when I moved in. Replacing it with this was a piece of cake for my handyman. Took him about twenty minutes all in, including removing the old heater. I could probably have done it myself but I'm not tempted to mix water and electricity. I've taken the heater for a test drive, and despite the fact that the cold water coming into the house is absurdly cold at this time of year - like only just above freezing - I got a comfortably warm shower. By the time the summer rolls around and the cold water from the tap comes out much warmer I expect it'll be as hot as I can stand it.

The installation of this water heater was straight forward with no odd thread sized to deal with ect. We are using this for our outdoor shower which is on the back of our pole barn. Here is what I like best. We have had a tankless hot water for years and have installed several for friends and family. All of them were 15KW and required 2 240v circuits, which translates into 4 fuses in the breaker box. We did not have enough room in our breaker box and did not want a low powered water heater. This water heater goes right up to the limit as far as watts without requiring 4 breakers, as it is 240V it only requires 2 breakers. It is worth mentioning we have experienced no leaks or other issues. We would buy this water heater again. 5 STARS

The quality level of this tankless heater seems to be very good. The materials are of high quality and the fit and finish looks great implying good manufacturing practices and quality control. Have it professionally installed by an electrician to ensure it is wired up correctly. The heat is almost instantaneous and it is consistent and even. I am very happy with it and feel that it is worth the price!

I picked up this water tank heater for my bathroom. Installing was a little confusing but I got the hang of it. It has to hang close to your shower or kitchen sink and it uses 13.5kw of electric (as mentioned in the picture). I was able to control the temperature with my phone as it has wifi connections. This is a dream to have and a must for any homeowner. The price is reasonable for this model. I would recommend it.
