Have had zero issues with this heater. Works well for my 18'x54" above ground pool. Easy to install, would recommend for anyone with a smaller pool.. This is our second season using this heater, and haven't had any issues.

Bought one of these and ran it for 5 months. The heat exchanger went bad and is not covered under warranty. These guys are a joke! I had a Pentair Minimax 100 that lasted for 20 years. I would never buy one of these again. $1,900.00 shot down the drain. Pentair had me call one of their service folks only to tell me it was $160.00 for the call and a 5 month old heater was not covered

Have only had it a few days but so far it works great. Heats pool water several degrees in a few hours.

Great product. Working fine fir us until now no problems. Just when you get it if on the side says lp means liquid propane. If not means natural gas. By mistake get wrong one and they replace it right away. Discounted pool service great costumer service. Thank you

Takes over 2 hours to heat up

Worst heating unit you can buy. Pentair does not stand behind their parts warranty. First one I bought went out in 3 yrs. Foolishly bought another Pentair heater and it went out in 7 months. Will never buy any Pentair products again. Very expensive lesson.

Very simple to install. It is a replacement for our 40 year old Pentair unit that started leaking 2 years ago.
