I'm making a whelping box for my pregnant dog. The rod fit perfectly in the foam noodle to make rails so the mother is out enough from the walls so she doesn't lay on her babies. All the measurements where perfect even the end piece which look so fancy.

I ordered these for my daughter's new home and we are very pleased with them. The pewter color is nice and they are sturdy enough to hold fairly heavy drapes. Installation was easy with an electric drill and screwdriver.
