Really great for what I needed. The instructions say that if you have dry wall or painted wall that you must use screws, for all other renters out there. However, my walls have latex paint, which seemed to adhere perfectly fine without screws and is holding lightweight curtains no problem. If you have dusty or dry painted walls, I would ensure you wipe the contact area before adhering the hooks. The instructions also state to wait 24hrs for the adhesive to fully bind. Despite this, I could tell as soon as I placed the hooks that this was not coming off my walls without a fight. Lastly, there is no adjusting between the sizes stated, as the rod comes in segments. However, the shorter length was *just* long enough to cover my window. Overall great value for the cost, it’s an amazon renter friendly product so I feel like I got what I paid for.

I have always been troubled by the installation of curtain rods! It took me less than 10 minutes to install it, and I didn't have to drill any holes in the wall. The rod is sturdy and durable, and the design is simple and beautiful. I highly recommend it!

I was really impressed with this rod, it's very sturdy, looks great, and stays firmly on the wall! It has a very strong grip on the wall. I put it up and left it there for a day and a night (without the netting because I was waiting for the curtains to arrive), and when I later removed it to put the netting in, I had to squeeze the rod hard (it still has a spring in it) to get it out of the window. So it has a very strong grip 👏.

Giving this 3 stars for two reasons. The first is that it has fell numerous times. Twice in the night which was a little frightening to wake up to lol. The second is that you can see the outline of the adhesive which bugs me. I posted a closeup because from a pic you can’t see it, but you definitely can in person. However, I would purchase it again because my husband realllllly didn’t want to drill into our brand new door. The door has a full glass panel and we had to have something to cover it.

So I planned on using these in my bedroom for blackout curtains because they sit close to the wall. So I thought they would be perfect! However, I need 30" and 40" rods. So when I read that it was 30 to 45 inches, I thought they would be perfect for me! I didn't realize the middle piece to extend the size wasnt adjustable. :( it's either 30" or 45". I read the title, not the full picture details apparently, so that's partially on me. But the title could definitely be more clear and be 30 or 45, not 30 to 45 (which, to me, implies sizes inbetween). :( otherwise, I think they would have worked out well. Unfortunately I'll be returning the three I purchased and looking at other options. Don't make the same mistake I did. Ha. Read the details! Haha. It's also from looking at too many curtain rods and most do adjust. Just not these. :( Side note: I was going to use screws for them so I can't speak to the durability of the stickiness but from other reviews, it seems like it may peel off paint/drywall when removing. So I definitely wouldn't try that aspect. I'll look for a double rod instead. Overall though, the quality appears good and durable.
