These rods are beautiful and look an feel like expensive rods. But I’m giving 3 stars because I received one that is broken :( I don’t have time to return as I’m due any day to have my baby An I want my curtains up before that happens. Luckily I had two extra end knobs because I took two straight rods and made one corner one to save money, so I used a extra knob to replace the broken one. But for someone that doesn’t have that option this could be a big bummer!! Nothing like waiting for something then waiting to return ship an have re shipped!! I wanted to order more of these but I’m now questioning ordering them because of the damage, maby I should stick to my local stores to ensure no damage. Other than that they are very nice and beautiful rods! I have updated this to 4 stars because of awesome customer service! They reached out to me to help make sure I was pleased with my purchase, great product an company. They would have five stars but the product is still fragile in shipping but that’s not the company fault they pkg very well so I’m sure it’s whoever is shipping that’s careless with pkgs. ... show more
