    • Quality
The item is as described in the item description. However, I realized I can recycle the existing rod to hang the new curtains I just purchased.

    • Clean finish, looks great, not gaudy, not worn out looking or over saturated.
Got the job done. Looks great. A few caveats that I couldn't know until getting my hands on the thing though: 1) The spiral orb ends are attached to the rod via a screw (screws into a screw hole on the end of the rod), meaning they can come off, but also attach securely if you use them. 2) The spiral orb ends are 1 inch in radius, so you need ~1inch+ of clearance off the wall if you want to use the spiral orb ends. 3) It comes with drywall anchors+screws & 2 brackets (I missed this info somehow). The intended use of the brackets is for 2 inches of vertical length to be used to screw 2 screws into each bracket. Then the bracket extends into the room for 3 inches, at which the rod-holding hook appears. So the intended use is for the rod to be 3 inches off the wall. 4) The telescoping rod isn't a tension rod i.e. it slides freely. So if your curtain is tightly attached to the rod, and you try to bring the outer curtain edge into the center for whatever reason, it will likely catch the rod and collapse it. Fortunately, I don't think anyone uses their curtains that way, so it's not an issue. Also it gives very very minimal sag when telescoped (like 1mm across 37 inches). If this was a tension rod it would have not have these 2 issues however. Would be nice if it could be a tension telescoping rod. Personally, I used the brackets in an unorthodox way such that the rod would be practically flat against the wall, so that the curtains could sit snugly up into the window indent and block lightly perfectly. So it's nice to know this was possible with the brackets that came with it. I used adhesive velcro since I couldn't use the screws in order to use the brackets in this configuration (no screw hole where I want it to attach). It's holding up so far in place, because the curtains are small (40x40) and ever so slightly touch the window sill at the bottom. ... show more

    • Product looks great, Parts Missing
The curtain rods had only 2 support brackets to support at the ends, but for a 88 inch window we need a third support and it is missing. some of the mounting screws were missing as well, but i was able to buy similar looking screws to meet the purpose.

    • Sturdy Curtain Hangers
Very Very sturdy. A Gorilla could hang off of these things and they will not bend.
