After getting this in the mail, it was pretty straightforward to assemble it. All pieces were there and the instructions were easy enough to follow. I got this for my wife as she is in a wheelchair most of the time and would be easy enough for her to get to it and/or move it around to where she needs it. It isn't that heavy and doesn't take up much space. The resistance knobs are easy and do a good job. The only downside is the digital monitor. It does not work reliably enough. It clips on and seems to use a magnet to detect when the bars of the upper pedals pass by it. But it doesn't work well at all. I can't get it to always turn on when the pedals are used and is very annoying that it doesn't work. Other than that it is a good product for the price. If you don't mind about the monitor not working, then it is a decent little exerciser for your arms and legs.

I got this as I had a stroke and lost the use of my right side. I went through rehab for a few months and regained some mobility enough to be able to do it at home. This is the most perfect exercise equipment to use as it depends on your own mobility and builds up your strength. I highly recommend this.

My grandpa is 100 years old and loves this product. He uses it 3 times a day and it has definitely improved his quality of life!! He said it has helped with his digestion, mood, balance, and strength. He absolutely loves it.

Bad directions. All nuts and bolts not included. Couldn't try it out. Can't ship it back, box already discarded. It looked good in video. I guess they had all the parts. Easy to put part of it together with the parts I did have.

Too light weight. I wouldn't want it to tip over on in my elderly mom. A lil challenge to put foot in foot rest with out bending over to turn it the right way, because it rotates. Handle bars & foot pedals need to be padded. Or take off shoes to use foot massager. I would recommend it for the price. But not for the elderly. Being comfortable and safety risk are my true concerns.

My doctor recommended that I do at least 30 minutes of exercise and since I am not a fan of exercise, I started looking for an exercise bike that would work the muscles in my legs as well as my arms. This is just Perfect for me! I was not able to put it together myself, so my son watched the video and was able to put it together with no problem. I'm just sorry that it does not fold, but that's ok, I can live with this. I feel so much better with just the 30 minutes each day!
