I agree with another review that I wish the handles were slightly longer, but it really isn’t a big deal at all, they’re still long enough. Advertisements state you can connect phone wirelessly to listed to music but there is no apparent way to do that. In the manual it says there is an app, but it doesn’t tell you what it is. Treadmill belt slips constantly and it’s in a fixed angled position, very annoying. The side rails feel like they will break if someone stands on them too much ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We saved ourselves the headache and used the professional assembly option. It was worth the cost, the installer had it assembled in about 45min, and they were on time & professional. We’ve left it plugged in and ON for at least 3 weeks on outside patio with no issues with the cold weather. Helpful Tips/Notes: *Speakers work effortlessly with blue tooth (video attached to this review). You control the speaker volumn from phone. *You can even take a phone call through the speakers *Compatible w/iPod too (yes I still have one) *Belt width is good size *Download Gymax app for optimal experience *Walking belt does hesitate at lower speeds but when I got up to 3.5m it pretty much went away *Does not have workout programs *Different pockets on bar held my TV remote, phone, water bottle (see pix) *Walking belt is nice & long so you can move outside of the control panel & arms and have freedom of movement *We’ve only used it to walk so I don’t know how it performs for runners *Weight of treadmill is excellent and doesn’t move while in use *Lives up to the quite, low noise advertisement *Heart rate indicator isn’t accurate. It just keeps climbing the longer you leave your hands on it. *Installer showed us how to collapse it if we ever need move it *I do work up a sweat *Weight capacity is 264 and I’m starting out at 220 (30lb COVID weight gain) *Overall a good home treadmill but was it worth the cyber Monday sale? Considering gym quality treadmills are in the thousands (I researched) I would have to say yes. Also, we didn’t experience some of the negatives I read in other reviews. The treadmill works okay at best (belt isn't smooth when walking...let alone running). When folded the treadmill is extremely heavy to move (worse if you have a carpeted floor). Requested a return turned out they expect to be transported to a drop-off location (an item that's around 110 lbs and a dimension of 64'' x 32'' x 13'' L x W x H). Ended up scheduling a UPS to pick up and paid for the shipping fee. Overall a VERY bad experience ... show more

I was looking for a treadmill that allowed me to walk for as long as I'd like without any fancy stuff. This treadmill does the trick. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, and my only complaint is that the screen is hard to read for tall people (I'm a bit over 6'3"). 1. The display is not bright. Cannot read anything if there is any sunlight on display. 2. No Bluetooth speakers as described. You need to connect phone with a wire from the headphones jack to front panel. My phone does not have an earphone jack. 3. Speed is mentioned in KM/hr. We use Mph, so very confusing 4. Heartbeat monitor takes 30 seconds to stabilize at the correct reading. This is too long. ... show more
