I recently received the champagne gold treadmill and it’s a beautiful color. It was really easy to set up and assemble, though you may want 2 people to carry it if you are going up/down stairs. Walking on the treadmill actually revealed that my floor is slightly slanted, and thankfully the adjustable feet helped with that! A lot of people have complained that the remote is the only way to start the machine, but actually if you download the GYMAX app, you can start it with the app as well. So just download the app and you won’t have to worry about if you misplace the remote. As other reviews have said, the power cord is very short so just keep that in mind!! Thankfully I already had a long extension cord with the grounding pin so that helped a lot and it works just fine with the extension cord. I’m right at the weight limit (trying to fix that - which is why I got a treadmill in the first place!) and when I first used it the belt was sticking and also deviating a bit one direction. I think it was a combination of the weight limit and my slanted floor, but I adjusted the feet and tightened each side of the belt with the provided allen key until the belt straightened out. (This is not explained very well in the manual but there’s videos on YouTube.) Also, it wasn’t clear if the treadmill was already lubricated or not, since the belt was sticking. I read that treadmills are supposed to come pre-lubricated but sitting for months in a warehouse can dry out the belt anyway, so I used one of the included bottles of lubricant just to be sure. Tightening the belt and adding the bottle of silicon definitely helped it move better. Setting up properly was a bit of trial and error (about an hour) but it seems okay now. I just got it and loving it so far - we’ll see if it lasts more than a year. This treadmill is on the lower price range so just keep that in mind! This is NOT like a treadmill you find at the gym, it takes a bit of getting used to how it “moves” especially if you weigh more like I do and bought it to lose weight. It may seem shaky at first but you get used to it and there is an emergency stop clip just in case. Lastly, even though there is a slowdown over 5-10 seconds when you hit Stop, the stop feels very abrubt. When you want to stop, I recommend slowly lowering the speed and then putting your feet on either side of the machine so that you are off the belt, and then pressing Stop. Overall this machine is more suitable for walking than running I think, though it does have a running speed. Just know you will need to give it regular maintenance if you plan on using it heavily. I will probably just use it for the next 3-4 months to get my steps in and shed some of those winder holiday lbs, and then go back to the treadmills at the gym when I feel like getting serious.

Set up was a breeze! I’m a fan of this walk pad!! I use this both for walking work outs and walking while at my work desk. It’s quiet enough to listen to work calls while walking. I like that it is both slim and narrow, space saving. I haven’t tried jogging on it, though I’m sure that would be fine too (though it would be a slow jog, it has a lower speed range)! It’s narrower than a traditional treadmill, so you’d just have to watch your footfalls a little closer. Overall very happy with this purchase. I’m glad to have an easy way to get a little more movement into my everyday.

I have had this treadmill for about a year now and it’s been great. I prefer walking outside but the weather where I live is either too cold or hot during most of the year so this was perfect for getting my walks in. It can be a bit noisy at times as something happens when you step on the casing accidentally. Otherwise it is usually relatively quiet. The main complaint I have is that it is not very portable. The wheels to mine don’t really move well and streak my floors. The streaks come off and it’s still more portable than a regular treadmill but I cannot stow it away regularly so I have it out in the same spot permanently.

This product impressed me. It is not big but great for small spaces. I actually like the design. It worked really good and is easy to store away. It was pretty easy to set it up. Just read the instructions for remote operation. I don’t have time to hit the gym. I work full time, attend grad school, will intern again, and have kids and church to take care of as well. This is convenient to have at home without taking up a lot of time and space. I definitely recommend this product.

Right out of the box I had issues with the belt walking to one side or the other and skipping/bogging down with each step. I am well under the weight limit for the unit, so I was surprised to be experiencing such significant performance issues. After attempting to lubricate and tighten the belt multiple times I contacted the seller. I was told I needed to repeat all the steps that I had just completed. (Not a great answer.) After flipping the unit over to inspect the bottom I found that more than half the screws that were holding the unit together were either stripped, broken off, or put on too tightly and cracked the surrounding plastic. This, coupled with the skipping issues lead me to ask to return the unit. Initially the seller wanted to offer me a 50% refund and to keep the unit so I could use the refund to bring it to a local treadmill repair shop. Considering the amount of time and effort I'd already sunk into this subpar product, I was DONE. It took 3 attempts communicating directly with the seller and eventually getting Amazon support involved to get the seller to approve a full refund and return shipping.

I absolutely love this treadmill. I bought it to use under my standing desk to save my back from sitting all day. It’s super easy to move in and out of my office. The initial set up was very easy too. Just make sure you use the oil it comes with so that it stays smooth as you use it. I can even use it to run which I was very happy about because most of the other treadmills I was looking at in this price range were only built for walking speed. I would highly recommend buying this!

It was difficult to figure out how to oil the belt but I Youtubed it and seems ok from there. Not sure this is the greatest for anyone over 250lbs. It’s running as advertised and is a comfortable length to walk and fits well under my desk!
