    • Very easy to assemble and switch to different mode. It work your muscles well and pretty sturdy.

I like how this machine is easy to assemble and disassemble if you want it. It also very easy to switch modes and all the mode are very affective. The exercise, especially the abdominal one, burn and feels good. The only con is that sometimes the machine lift up when I apply to much force. Other than that it really sturdy.
