I read all the reviews and issues people had with putting the rabbit hutch together, the paint, the quality of the wood and so on. I am very happy I did not let those reviews deter me from purchasing this adorable bunny hutch. 1st, I unboxed all the pieces and everything was accounted for. I laid them out in order. The letters are faintly printed on the under edge. Nothing was damaged or in poor condition. For those that say it’s flimsy, it is a lightweight soft wood but I can assure you if put together properly it is very sturdy. 2nd, After reading some of the reviews I decided to purchase wood glue and clear silicone caulk to ensure everything would be sealed tight. I didn’t have to use much of either. Really didn’t need it at all but I thought, it wouldn’t hurt while assembling. I put wood glue in the holes before inserting the dowel pegs and I caulked where the wood meets up on the bottom and sides (on the inside). Basically, as if I were caulking new trim work. If those that say it leaks are correct, I’m hoping I addressed that problem before it arises. 3rd, I did take my time with each step to ensure no boards split and to ensure everything was screwed in properly. All screws and siding aligned perfectly. A view notes for items in the hutch. We have a larger stainless steel litter box and it’s a tad bit big in the lower area and does not fit upstairs. The ramp is a little steep for small bunnies, we have a Holland Lop. She is a bit afraid to go down the ramp. I thought the bottom had the same wire fencing as the sides but it doesn’t, only the tray. We placed pads on both trays then bedding. The 3 doors and roof opening is amazing for cleaning, rearranging and feeding. The wheels make this hutch movable with little effort. All in all, this hutch deserves 5 stars! It’s perfect for one small rabbit! I hope this review helps anyone discouraged by the negative reviews.

Okay, this is super easy to put together, and cute just like the photos, wheels are awesome. It's definitely not chew proof, but as to be expected with a bunny. Also, arrived literally moldy (yes in the photos) and a few super rusty screws (yeah..) I sanitized it and put it together anyway and if it's on sale, worth it.

First of all, the entire thing smelled like it was soaked in pinesol. The smell is so overwhelming I'm not sure if my bunny will even want to go in it. I'm not sure if that's the smell of the paint or if I got a used item although I paid for new, because the item also had tons of scuffs and broken wood all over it. Second, the wood is extremely cheap and most of it split while it was being put together, so much so that you can see the entire screw, completely destroying the integrity and stability of this hutch. I'm not sure why such an item costs over $100. It feels like i just paid a ton of money for a pile of weak wood that someone soaked in pinesol, half 🍑 painted and then threw it around a bunch of times to leave scuff marks and imperfections all over it for good measure. Shame on the company for selling something like this for such a price!

The wood seems to be very cheap. A couple of the screws split the wood. There’s knicks all over the wood pieces. The wood also smells terribly, I’m not sure my baby bunny will survive from the strong smell. Pretty sturdy and somewhat easy to put together. Hoping the smell fades before getting the rabbit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Great Hutch, Solid Design So far I’m very happy with this hutch and am giving it 5 stars. It took two people to assemble, and I highly recommend using an impact drill—trying to put this together with just a screwdriver would be very difficult. The wood has a natural, fresh wood smell, which I loved. The instructions were fairly simple and easy to follow. We did experience a bit of wood splitting when inserting screws, but once we learned to avoid placing screws too close to the edges, it wasn’t an issue. My rabbit went inside right away with no hesitation. The ramp leading down to the lower level is a little steep, so my bunny is still figuring it out, but I expect that to improve with time. I absolutely love the wheels on the bottom—this hutch is lightweight, glides smoothly, and is easy to move around. Overall, great quality, thoughtful design, and I would definitely recommend this hutch.

Easy to put together by Yourself. Just take your time and follow the steps. Easy to Clean. The rabbit likes it. Even thought he only uses it at night or during house cleaning. The wood could be painted if you want to be Creative and Paint Design It to your liking .You could roll it around ..and it's not oversized , so space isn't an problem

It's super cute. It's a great size for inside. Now... the first thing I noticed straight out of the box, was a TERRIBLE and PUNGENT chemical smell. Most likely from the paint. So I do caution bringing this into your home if you have birds, or animals sensitive to those things. Almost EVERY SINGLE PIECE was mislabeled with the wrong letters. So the instructions did not match with the pieces, AT ALL! Some of the pieces I received were completely different from the ones in the instructions. Like two of the pieces I have weren't in the instructions at all. The instructions also already have the door latches attached in the photos. This was not so when I was assembling the hutch. I had to put every single latch on and the screws are tiny and a little difficult to work with. If you are not savvy with building things, or have to have accurate instructions, I don't recommend this piece. It's lightweight and easy to move around the house, especially with the wheels. However, I don't think it's worth the price they ask for it. As far as I could tell, nothing was missing. But like I said, none of the instructions matched the pieces so...
