There's nothing to this. You just pull it out of the box, plug it in, turn it on, and walk. It was easy for me (an average-size 5'7" woman) to unpack this and place it under my desk with no help. The functions and remote are intuitive and the treadmill feels and looks high quality. I love that it has a narrow profile and doesn't take up much room. This is a perfect addition to a work-from-home setup for those who struggle to get their steps in. It's also great for when it's a literal oven outside in the heat of summer.     • It's good.. but the issues I've experienced outweigh the good

All of the things it's states on product details is exact, the color, material, etc. I was so excited to have this and give it a go, and on the first day I used the walking pad it went smoothly. I lubricated it as you should before first use. The second day I used it, after about 5 minutes it made this soft grinding noise. It freaked me out so I literally jumped off of it then turned it down slowly, turned it off and let it rest, after a few minutes I did turn it on and let it run on its lowest setting. Turned it up slowly and got it to 1.4, walking on it for 2 minutes before it made the grind noise again. This time I got off and turned it off for a few hours. That night I adjusted the belt, and kept letting it rest. The third day I used it again, trying to not let my frustrations get in the way of what had happened before. After a few minutes I start hearing a gentle ticking/clicking type of noise. So that was a deal breaker for me and I'm returning it. It's a wonderful product, I just can't have all these issues in the first three days with something that is supposed to help me stay motivated in working out.. I'll find other ways. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m so excited to have received this earlier than expected. It’s pretty much ready to use outside the box. You plug it in, turn the start button and use the remote control, which is already paired and ready to go! It’s so easy to use. I love the convenience of this treadmill. I really love how easy this was to set up and use. It's got a really smooth stride to it. It works excellent and the instructions were so clear and simple. It really made it easy to set up and use. It rolls away quite easily and has a good solid base to it. I'm very pleased with it.
