I bought this chair because I've been wanting a decent chair with lumbar support for awhile, am into gaming, and am gonna be home for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19. I'm currently a college student and needed something more than my folding vanity chair to do online school work. I was blown away by the quality, honestly. I expected it to be decent considering the other reviews I've watched or read, but it is just as good as other chairs I have seen. It was extremely easy to put together, even for someone who isn't necessarily the strongest and most tool adept person. So far it is very comfortable, however I will say if you are even slightly larger than I am in the rear and thigh area, the bucket seat could get uncomfortable. The seat part of the chair is quite comfortable and larger than I expected from back to front, however most reviews I've seen have been people who are much taller than me (I'm 5'5"ish and about 175lbs). I can actually comfortably sit cross-legged on it. I also enjoy that the backrest is maneuverable, as a lot of chairs are too upright for me or not upright enough. I plan to update this over time as I use it more, but at the present I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Update: I really really love this chair! It’s held up super well over 6 months later and it is still very comfortable to sit in! Update 09/2/21: Still really love it. The back pillow is so flat that I’ve just taken it off and bought a separate one at this point. The only other thing I have about it is the insides of the arms are starting to peel and chunks are missing. Not even where I put my arms either? I never touch this spot, but something to keep in mind if it bothers you!

Hello! Bought this chair and got it 4 days eariler then expected! First thing I’ve ever bought on amazon for my gaming boyfriend. We assembled it in less then 20min! I read evey review and I feel like I definitely got the best one! The stitching is better then I expected (only because you never really know what your going to get when you buy online). Everything came packaged really conveniently (as in the nuts and screws were all separated and labeled for easy to find use). It is so comfortable, the only con I’d say is that my boyfriend isn’t going to use the arm rest too much (unless he’s watching tv maybe) and that’s about it! He loves it we got the gray one. Oh one more important thing, my boyfriend is 6’2 and the pillow for the neck was a little low, very easy fix all he did was take it out of the 2 slots and wrapped it higher to his liking! It’s perfect.

I bought this in Feb of 2020, writing as of November 2021. As chair experience is rather individualized based on size, use, etc., so bear that in mind--i'm 5'11", ~190lbs (86kg). I have a rather athletic build, shoulders much wider than waist. I'll say I used this every day for probably around 4-6 hours, it got its money's-worth for it being a budget chair. The armrests are way, way further out than I feel they have any right to be, but the flare in at the shoulders naturally pushes my shoulders in to a rounded-in position, making it pretty awkward. the armrests are adjustable, but their highest position is still very low, probably 2 inches lower than I'd like them to ideally be. The pillows are really helpful, but the overall ergonomics of the chair could be much-improved (again, as far as my body type goes) A few times now, I have tried to shift my weight by putting my hands on the chair, and pushing myself out of it, which has damaged the chair. The right leg flair and armrest have broken and bent respectively. I also fidget regularly, which even after loctite-ing each assembly bolt leaves it squeaking regularly. I remember being very impressed by the chair originally, so I'd estimate that it's really been the last 6 months that it's really gone downhill. This chair was a definite upgrade from the high-back Amazon Basics I previously had, but I won't be purchasing it again, and with my use-case, I should really invest in my chair with how much I use it, and am going to be trying a SecretLabs chair next.

My son loves his gaming chair. The seat is very well made and looks awesome. Very comfortable and a huge upgrade from his previous chair. Three months into owning the chair the plastic base broke at one of the wheels. Not sure why, maybe because it’s on carpet it added extra pressure when moving or if it had a hairline break in the plastic. Regardless, I contacted customer service and they responded the same day. They offered to send a metal base to fix it. We accepted and it arrived a week later. I replaced it with the new one and he’s back up and running. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. It still surprises me when people stand behind their products and go out of their way to please the customer. Highly recommend if your looking for a gaming chair. There’s a lot of them out there and they are not cheap. but one thing is for sure you won’t be disappointed with the service if something goes wrong with your chair.
