This chair is great !. I was worried it might be flimsy junk. But I was totally wrong. Its very sturdy/solid. I tightend all the crews as tight as they go. This thing is a battleship. I know in one review a guy had a problem with a screw, but i had that issue too but i just pressed in hard and the screw caught on. No problem. The back support rocks. The lower lumbar which i need is really top notch. The head rest looks decorative but once you put it in place correctly it will feel great. I like the black and white color a lot more than I thought I would. I have not tried the massage yet so I dont know about noise level. Its 40lbs so it is rock solid weight wise. The foot rest is great and I know its not exactly 8 inch steel but it works. Im 165lbs so i wont have a problem with it but a heavy person might wreck it. You will be impressed. I know I definitely am.

This chair was easy to put together and sturdy. I think it took me less than 20 minutes to put together. It’s actually really lightweight and the pillows are really comfy. It does have a massage feature, however it’s more like vibrations and you cannot change the speed. It does have to be plugged in to use that feature. The foot rest is nice I just wish that it was a little longer. Overall for a chair / gaming chair I’d give it a 8.5 out of 10 only because of the massage feature isn’t terrible just not the best.

Chair is great but customer service is wonderful. Work from home and chair is very comfortable, leg rest is a great addition and easy to sit in throughout day. Customer service deserves 5 stars!! Originally my chair said that it arrived, but was nowhere to be found. Contacted customer service, they instructed me to get in touch with FedEx. Package was not delivered to my home after all, but somewhere else in the ether. Claim number was provided to customer service (this is NOT Amazon customer service- the chairs are sold and shipped by another company that operates and sells through Amazon), and they promptly sent me a new chair that arrived within days. Would happily do business with them again knowing they have my back.
