Initially, only 1 of 2 boxes showed, and the end was blown out. While waiting for the second box we inventoried the first, and thankfully everything was there. Lots of broken zip ties holding the like pieces together. Second box showed a few days later, intact. Instructions were torn and in not the best shape but we got it done. Unit went together quickly. A few nuts and bolts weren't properly threaded and we had to replace them. No big deal. Kept moving forward and ended up with a pretty cool little greenhouse. Glad I went 8 x 14. You always wish you could have gone bigger. This is a nice size. Put it on top a bunch of 12x12 pavers for a finished floor. Having fun loading it with all sorts of plants we want to keep from getting too cool at night. Gets toasty during the day and you can regulate the temp using the three positionable vents. For those that want the short, seems sturdy. Fairly good instructions. There were a few moments where you needed to use your imagination and hope it worked out(which direction does this face???) I think it will hold up well. Seems like a good value. We picked the worst day for assembly! 15 mph winds, gusting to 25. I had to deviate from the instructions and get creative to keep the wind from destroying the greenhouse before it was built. So FYI, you can build the wall framing before putting all the glaze in. In our case, the glaze was acting as a big sail. Bolt holes lined up well. We had one piece of glazing, that needed to be trimmed. Easy, razor knife job. I will update for the long term. So far, pretty good. If I was going to complain, it would be that the glazing has fairly thin walls. ... show more

Bought the 8 by 12 greenhouse for my wife and pleasantly surprised. Very happy overall with it once installed but it took some time. Read the instructions very, very carefully and check parts prior to starting. Fit is awesome and goes together well. Minor observations - framing and bracing well though out and sturdy but gutters and endcaps really need to be reconsidered as they are flimsy, can warp and were not easy to install. Was going to buy a water capture/solar system but am holding off until I can find better gutters. Latches for windows are a bit weak. Made a 10 by 14 ft. base from treated lumber and want to stress that greenhouse needs to be secured to a solid and level base. It will become a sail if not secured when done. ... show more

    • Will not withstand windy weather

We bought this to use as a duck coop/greenhouse. Putting it together was as hard as I expected it to be. We had one panel that was cut with the lines going in the wrong direction and had a few things not labeled correctly. You must have the base completely level for everything to line up. When it was finally put up it was so cute! I loved it! It looked really nice! The window vents are alittle flimsy but we were going to make those predator-proof anyways. A couple weeks after we had it up we had some windy weather and several of the panels completely popped out! It was impossible to get them back in! The panels kept bending. We were so mad after all that time and money spent it. We ended up going to Lowe’s and buying a better polycarbonate panel in big sheets and it is bolted on the outside to the frame. So it has actually turned out really nice and sturdy now. My ducks and plants are really happy inside. Would I buy it again? No. Might as well build your own frame and get panels. ... show more

The frame material is very good, and the installation instructions are very detailed. But the plastic board is a bit light. The size of the sunroom is suitable for a small family garden.     • Great value/ needs better instructions

Nice little greenhouse for the money. Instructions are almost all pictures. Assembly went well until step 20 or so. When I installed the roof hatch I had difficulty in understanding the picture. I installed the piece of the frame over the top of the door upside down and had to disassemble some of the roof to correct. I installed 3 of the side uprights, upside down and had to disassemble so I could attach the side braces. A written note cautioning one to put in correctly would be helpful. The notes state to put the panels in with the white side out. Problem is when you peel the plastic off you can no longer tell which side is the one to go to the outside, something to do with the uv light. If you drop the piece or if the wind starts blowing and a couple of pieces blow away, you have no way to know. Maybe the company could mark the sides or while assembling make a black dot on the corner of the UV side. It will be hidden when placed on the greenhouse. It took me a couple of afternoons to assemble, but would have been much quicker with better instructions. ... show more
