To first start off the chair is very comfortable as a heavy set person myself, and the different color options for it’s appearance is nice to see as most just come as black or white, The back plate is made of steel as it feels so it’s very durable and stable, The cloth is really nice, the con with the cloth is that it’s prone to get any type of animal hair stuck to it very easily and it’s a little hard to get the hair/fur off, the seat is cushioned a good amount where you can go about 10hrs-12hrs in it with very minimal to no discomfort, the wheel base is very sturdy and strong, but 11months in a screw shaped in the screw hole where you’d screw the leg into the base of the chair, I got ahold of customer support through emailing them and I was shocked only cause how fast they respond(2-3 hours after your email/reply) and honestly it was great! I had to provide proof of damage and they responded with sending me a new base and also a gas piston lift cause mine has a very small leakage where it’ll slowly go down from max lift tell it’s at its lowest it can get and stop, the customer support is very reliable and helpful, I’d say better then other chair brands, to put it short your getting a really good chair for the value that it is and a 1 year warranty along side with it, so I’d say give it a try!

We specifically bought this chair for the 165 degree recline and the fabric material. My son is a gamer who also likes to nap in his gaming chair. He currently has a Respawn that reclines 155 degrees, so I was stoked to find one that reclines even further. Despite the advertised 165 degree recline, it does not. Maybe 135? Besides that, I'd say this chair is awesome! I hate to even dock a star, but I have to due to an inaccurate description and the inconvenience of having to disassemble and try to pack it in the same box to return. The fabric is really nice though. It's a soft matte velvet-like material. So much more comfortable than the vinyl or faux leather that cracks and you get stuck to in the Arizona summer time. It isn't super cushy, but it is VERY comfortable for a firmer seat and feels very supportive for those long gaming or college coursework sessions. We did not complete assembly once we discovered we were returning it, but we assembled most of it and I can report the instructions were good and assembly was easy. To get the screw holes lined up on the base, follow their suggestion of pushing it into the floor. It feels durable, stable, and solid and if it weren't for the recline, we would have absolutely kept it. For the price, it's fabulous.

I got this chair because I have a herniated disk (L4/L5) to replace my old office chair. It's *substantially* better for this use. I purchased it in "Ddpgray" and it looks great in my room, although I really wish the branding was a little less "gamer." Specifically didn't want leather or, worse, faux-leather as that's awful in the summer; while the cloth is synthetic, the colors are good and it feels very comfortable compared to my old office chair. The quited nature of the fabric seems like it helps with heat issue. I was mainly looking for something with a recliner/sofa feel and this definitely fits that to a tee. Note that, with the foot rest and the steep angle as which it can recline, it's almost like working on a gaming chair that becomes a recliner. It was a very pleasant surprise, as was the fact that the armrests are linked with the recline angle, reducing elbow strain. Again, a thoughtful touch. Note on assembly: This has got to be one of the well-thought out assembly procedure I've ever seen for such an inexpensive item. (a) Instruction manuals - it's a nice glossy bound booklet that is very detailed and easy to read. (b) Clearly labeled, organized, and separated parts - such that you don't need to dig around to figure which part is what. Also, they include spares of most things, clearly labeled as spares so you don't have to wonder if you forgot to install something. (c) Good tool - You know that little L shaped hex tool that most of these things come with? Not this one, this comes with a nice plastic and metal T-shaped hex tool that makes assembly very fast. (d) Details - like putting threadlocker on the screws so they don't easily get loose. Brilliant! I'm about 5'7", athletic, weighing about 165 pounds. It's very, very comfortable for me. I'll update this review in a few months but I'm pretty positive about its long-term prospects; for the price point, it really can't be beat.

I’m really happy with this GTPLAYER gaming chair. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy right out of the box. The design looks great in my setup, especially with the black and white color scheme and the racing-style back. It gives my desk area a much cleaner gaming look. The chair is very comfortable for long sessions. The cushioning is firm but supportive, and the included lumbar pillow helps keep my lower back comfortable when sitting for extended periods. The armrests feel solid and the seat is wide enough that it doesn’t feel cramped. Another thing I like is how stable the chair feels. The frame and base seem well built, and it rolls smoothly across the floor. Overall it feels like a quality chair for the price. If you’re looking for a comfortable, good-looking gaming chair that’s easy to put together and supportive for long hours, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommend!

I'm also comparing it to my other Secret Labs chair which yes is 5x more expensive but, for 100 bucks I'll happily say this chair is worth the buy. So far it has been really sturdy and honestly pretty comfortable. Very easy to put together and honestly for the cost if we get a couple years out of it my wife will be satisfied!

First review I am ever writing for anything on Amazon, and first time purchasing one of these products. I know it is lengthy, but if you are really debating this thing, please take the time to read for your own sake. Let me set the scene for you here... For reference, I have owned the chair for 7 months now, and I feel like everyone needs a dead honest review. THE GOOD: Armrests are actually pretty nice and comfortable. The seat cushion is pretty comfortable as well. Honestly, the only good thing I can say about this chair. THE BAD, WORSE, and HORRENDOUS: At first, it felt like the chair needed some breaking in because the sides near the upper body are insanely stiff with this model. I thought things would eventually settle in after a while of sitting in it, but to no avail, this chair is as stiff as a board. It honestly kills my back every time I sit in it for extended periods of time, and the quality just feels super poor. The foot rest is mediocre, but after a few times of use, it becomes a lot more difficult to pull it out and push it back in. I have also noticed that this chair has an insane amount of issues with generating static electricity. No matter what clothes I am wearing while sitting in this chair, it generates so much static to the point of affecting my Xbox controller, my mic, and my monitor. Now you may think I am crazy, and I even thought I was crazy at first. I promise you, though, anytime I am playing, my controller and mic are constantly cutting out when sitting in this chair. You may think this could be due to other issues, but it is not because the Xbox is a practically brand-new Series X, and I just bought a brand-new mic recently as well. Now for the monitor. My monitor is literally mounted to my wall, mind you. Almost every single time I get out of the chair, it literally turns my monitor off and then back on. Once again, I thought I was crazy, but I even ensured all connections were properly secured after experiencing this issue. Never in my years of gaming have I experienced this before. Aside from affecting my controller, mic, and monitor, the number of times I am shocking myself on things after getting out of the chair and touching the back of it is insane. I literally feel like I need to ground myself before touching any other electronics or something that may shock me. After about 7 months of use, the chair has now become super noisy and creaky even when moving slightly. Every time I sit down, all I get is a loud creak. If I decide to move forward, what do you know it creaks. Mind you, this chair has been used in the most casual way possible. It has never been abused and looks practically brand new. Attached is an example video of the noise I constantly hear now with this chair, taken 2/17/2026. Also, heads up, the backrest pillow that is advertised in the photos is literally half the size once you get the product in person. Since I am outside of the return window, I decided to contact the customer support directly. While they were quick to respond and attempted to be helpful, I was met with this suggestion. AND I QUOTE, "Regarding the static electricity problem, we suggest trying to ground the chair by placing a small metal plate under the base, which may help reduce static buildup." This further confirmed my suspicion that this chair actually has a static issue, but the fact that I need to put a metal plate under the base of my own chair just for it to be usable is wild to me. All I can say is that I am disappointed with this specific model. It just feels poorly built, uncomfortable, and problematic. I would just advise anyone who reads to tread carefully, but I am at the point where I would rather just get rid of this chair and find something else entirely.
