I originally was using nipple cream to line my pumping flanges, but I hated the clumpy residue left over after pumping. It made it hard to clean and made me wonder how much of it was passing on into the milk. I decided to try this spray and have been loving it! This spray works great! Makes pumping mildly unpleasant instead of very painful. I was using lanolin before and pumping was quite painful (and even worse when I did not use anything). The only reason I give this spray 4 stars is because I can’t get it to spray on the parts of the flanges where I need it, it goes everywhere and doesn’t allow proper seal for vacuum. I spray it on a little dish and apply to flanges where I need it with my finger (sanitizing hands prior), that way it works perfectly! ... show more

Pro: This spray changed the game. It offers great lubrication and hydration. Makes things go smoothly and takes away friction pain. It does everything that's advertised and you shouldn't regret your purchase. cons: the price is high for the amount, it makes the parts a bit harder to clean (leaves a small oil residue) and due to the great slip, it does make the flanges very slippery so if you don't have on a pumping bra, your hands will be full trying to hold your nipple to the suction which goes hand and hand with spills/ leaks. It doesn't last very long if you're an EP Overall: I'd buy this product again but there are cheaper alternatives. It's convenient and does its job ... show more
