So this is just a first few hrs after assembly review. Arrived earlier than expected, and assembly took about 40 minutes after unboxing and taking off all the plastic etc. Only negative with the install instructions was the foot rest tube's instructions don't tell you that they have a correct orientation they need to be in, which needs to have the wider bolt hole end facing the back of the chair to adjust to the tube angles, and tightening down once that is aligned before pushing the tube through to add the set bolt. So I had to take those off and reorient them to get the bars for the foot rest to slide in comfortably, adding to my overall install time which would have been less. Otherwise, everything lined up and installed very easily witht the hardware and holes. Installing the foot rest before attaching the bottom seat to the piston would make more sense, so you don't have to flip the chair over once it's been connected to fix the mistake. Second complaint is the lower lumbar pillow is definitely not the same as pictured. It's way smaller and shorter than advertised in the stock picture, and like some other pictures featuring other styles/options, it doesn't have a strap to adjust the lumbar pillow height. This means adjusting it to your back if you get up and sit back down every time. May have to explore some modification here to use it, especially when in intense game sessions and the last thing you need to do is stop to adjust your pillow every time it falls down. Had been looking forward to the big lumbar pillow to cover more area, so that was a bit of a letdown. Losing a star for the lumbar not being as depicted. Zips on the pillows, and seat, likely to launder the fabric as needed, so may end up adding some microfiber fill instead of the foam it came with, to give it more support for the neck pillow. As it just doesn't have the right level of firmness I need. After about 4 hours while I was working, the seat is comfortable to sit in, it didn't get hot or sweaty like my old pleather chair did after sitting in it, and feels very sturdy, and moves easy on the wheel casters. Seat adjustment levers are smooth and operate just fine in all positions. Overall, good value for your money, chair style and color looks great, and not like a cheaper chair. This would be a perfect 5 star chair for me if the instructions were cleaned up a bit for those who assemble it in a rush so they can use it, and havign the right pillows that should have came with the chair. Other reviews mention seat arm bolts coming loose. As with my other chair that this happened with, I installed with some blue threadlocker to keep that from happening just in case. Will come back to review after a longer period of use.

Son had to give back his sister’s gaming chair. So he looked at various chairs and found this one. It fits what he uses it for and said it is very comfortable! Gives him the support needed and it adjusts to his needs. I normally put our furniture together but he said he can do it’s said the assembly was easy and didn’t take long. Also explained that the chair is also sturdy!

I’ve had this chair for about a month now and use it daily for hours. I work from home 8 hours a day and am also an avid gamer, so this chair gets very frequent use. Also, for context, I’m only 160lbs - 165lbs. The chair itself is super comfortable - probably the most comfortable chair I’ve owned excluding my recliners. It’s fairly easy to assemble - it’s easy and the directions are really well made. However, some screws don’t fit correctly, and things don’t exactly line up properly which is why I say it’s fairly easy to assemble. The only real issues I have with the chair are HUGE downfalls. The seat itself doesn’t stay in one position. It has the ability to angle downward which throws me off guard because sometimes, I feel like I’m about to fall out of the chair when I move. It’s also next to impossible to get it in the right position because of this. On top of that, the leg rest is cheaply made and does nothing but creak and make constant noise whenever it’s moved. So in terms of support, yeah, the chair holds up well. But the fact that the seat is angled downward when you sit in it unless you’re leaning back is a huge downfall. I’ve checked to see if I missed a screw or something, but I didn’t. I checked to see if I assembled it wrong, but I didn’t. It’s only held in place with Velcro that doesn’t even stay. The second you sit in it, that Velcro comes off, sadly…. Lots of reviews outside of this platform state the same issue, unfortunately. Aside from that, it’s definitely the most comfortable chair I’ve owned. I’d love to give it 5 stars, but this angled seat is making it a 3 star product from me; very close to 2 stars. But I’ll keep it at 3 stars for now, unless I can’t figure this situation out. Then it’d be 2 stars. Hope this helps any potential buyers!

First off the chair started leaning and spinning to one side then the foot rest totally broke. My chair got the gangsta lean. It feels like a carnival ride when i spin in it the chair leans up and down. Aye it’s comfy tho.
