I was looking for a mattress topper that would allow me to continue to use my perfectly good firm mattress. My health condition has changed and sleeping on a firm mattress now causes me lower back or shoulder pain depending on my sleeping position. Checking out this Maxzzz topper it seemed like it would do the job. When it arrived I unpackaged it and followed the directions. I let it lay on the floor of a spare room for 3 days before putting it on my bed. Let me say that the topper was everything the description on Amazon said. The quality of the product is excellent and it decompressed quickly. The chemical odor disappeared on the third day. I slept on it that night and the comfort was amazing. I did not wake once during the night to change positions because of pain, but I did still wake up with back pain, although it was less pain than I usually had. I have only been sleeping on the topper for a week and so far I love it. Now for my big issue with the product. IT IS NOT 3" THICK! The first day of decompression it expanded to 2" and has not gotten thicker since. In the product nomenclature it shows that it is available in sizes 2, 3 or 4 inches. The only thing I can assume is that I was shipped the wrong size topper. It really isn't worth the hassle to send it back and the 2" topper is adequate, but I really would have liked the extra inch I was expecting. Overall I am satisfied with the product and I would buy it again.

We moved out of state two years ago, and decided to buy beds off of Amazon since all my furniture was back ordered. It’s too fotm for me and I would wake up with even more back pain. Ever since I put this on my bed, I’ve been sleeping better and I don’t wake up with so much back pain. I’ve tried others but this is the best in my opinion and worth every penny. I decided to get the 3 inch instead of the 4 inch because there’s really not a difference.

This came in pretty fast! I love that it came with something to cut open the packaging & also that the packaging was so compact. It says to give it about 24-48hrs to inflate which I did and it definitely did reach up to 3 inches. I read some of the reviews and was hoping this topper wasn’t tooo soft but unfortunately it is more soft than firm and I was hoping for something a little more in between. I’d still recommend this to anyone looking to make their bed extra comfy.

My wife and me are in of mid 30's. We are not skinny but in good shape,(130 her and 175lb me) anyways our bed is kind of old but in a really good fabric, anyways we were having sore lower back in the mornings. So we decided to buy it and give it a shot, got the 2inch mattress andwe have been sleeping really well and no morning pain. Didn't came with strong odors. We left if getting air for about 15hrs and ready to used.

This mtress topper is really comfortable. Only downside is that it keeps sliding down the bed. So we have to keep pulling is up. I don't have a footboard. The straps to go on the topper seem to not be in a good location for my mattress.
