I LOVE this product! I have a Dexcom CGM and the Clarity App. This allows me to track my blood sugar readings for 90, 30, 14, 7 and 2 days. Since I started Gluco Sustain Beberine my blood sugars have been steadily tracking lower. Over the last 30 days it is tracking at a steady 110! Before I started using your product the prior 30 days had tracked at 150 and even higher. I spoke to my personal physician about the improvement and he opined that the addition of Ceylon Cinnamon and Bitter Melon were probably the key to the fact that your product works so much better than the Berberine product I had used prior. So far, so good. This is a good blend for me. I tried berberine and cinnamon separately to combat what I believe to be hormonal/insulin resistant weight gain and blood sugar spikes. I didn't notice any real changes. Since I started taking this, my crashes after dinner have improved greatly. My overall energy is better too.
