This a fun flying ring-thing. Great for BBQs, beach parties, camping. After dark especially (and maybe, just maybe after a few brewskis too) Seriously this flies quite well, its well cushioned around the edge with a silicone rubber “bumper”, and LED lights activate automatically which makes it the star of the show after dark at many events. I haven’t had to yet, but the battery is replaceable and this seems quite well made. Myself and my spouse, our adult sons, bro-in-law, etc. have had some enjoyable times tossing this around with one another. Money well-spent and highly recommended.

I’ve been using the TOSY Flying Ring with my kids for about a week, and it’s been a huge hit. It keeps them entertained for hours, gets them off their PlayStation and devices, and is just as fun at night as during the day thanks to the bright LEDs. This is a lot of fun, especially with it getting dark so early now (early November). They are easy to throw and catch and even if you take a hit to the face they're soft enough so it doesn't hurt. The only reason it loses a star is because after a month of regular use a few of the LED's aren't lighting up. To be fair, it does take a beating (hitting the occasional tree and sidewalk) but still... doesn't affect the function, we still use it and there's plenty of working lights to look cool so overall I can recommend it given the price and the expected life of these types of toys.

*****UPDATED REVIEW***** I was sent a replacement disc and so far so good! I think overall quality of the battery case and especially those screws could be improved but overall my son and I enjoy this and our aim is good enough we can play in the house! I think it’s worth the $20 as long as you can use it for a while!! 🤞🏼 ———————————————————— This disc is so much fun and won’t hurt you like a normal frisbee would, but my son and I have played with it a handful of times since December when i purchased it with replacing the battery once and it worked fine a few weeks later and now it won’t work at all!

I am a huge fan of the TOSY brand frisbees! Got turned on to them several years ago and have bought the full weight regular frisbees. I bought this one to use with my husband. We play frisbee all the time in the park next to our house. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury so I haven't been able to play for several months. I bought this because I know that the rings are significantly lighter and that I could throw this and not aggravate my shoulder. Sadly, however, this was so light it literally wouldn't go more than about 10 to 15 ft before it went way off course. Almost impossible to fly straight to somebody beyond 10 ft. The joke is that we play frisbee so much that we'll just use this one inside the airport rather than once we get to our destination. We always travel with a frisbee and the light up kind is really great cuz you can play at sundown and even in the dark for sure. This one does light up very well but it's so so light that it's really not worth playing if you want to fly something very far. You could virtually play with this one inside the house because it's so light. Once charge the battery will stay charged for quite some time and considering the price it's a good little gift maybe for some kids. The bright colors of the ring when it's flying is super great. But the functionality of it for true frisbee throwing is a little bit disappointing. If you really want to play frisbee frisbee with a light up disc you want to go to their regular 175 g frisbees for sure. Considering that this one was pretty cheap, I wouldn't say it's a terrible value but if you're a hardcore thrower this won't do it for you.
