Overall this is a good value for the price. I paid $199 plus 90 for shipping. After everything it was $310. Metal is thin so don’t crank too hard down on hardware or the metal collapses. The legs are not manufactured correctly and you will need to drill holes in the leg for the grease cup. See my video for explanation. I do like the tank hook it has. The griddle part seems to be made well after one use I think it will be a good flat top for a long time. Comparably this is the same price as a two burner Blackstone at my local store. I like the third burner to allow me space to move food off the hot side to stay warm. The lid is just okay. It is very flat and only really serves to cover the flattop not your food when cooking. ... show more

I needed a griddle with a smaller cooking surface to use on my screened in porch. This griddle fit perfectly in the space I have. The griddle cover makes a perfect heat shield while cooking. I keep it 6-8 inches away from the wall and the wall doesn't get warm to the touch. Assembly: I assembled exactly as directed in the instructions. It took about 30 minutes using only a Philips screw driver and adjustable wrench. If you tighten all of the bolts and screws, it's solid as a rock. Make sure to tighten the gas connection to the burner unit while you are at it. Griddle top seasoning: Seasoned the top according to instructions provided. The griddle top is very good quality and seasoned perfectly. Let the griddle surface cool off naturally. I was excited to start cooking and tempted to use water to cool it off after the initial burn-off, but no matter how solid these tops are, they will warp if you dump a cup of water on it. I started off with some chicken and rice stir fry and whipped off some breakfast the next morning. All went well. For the price, you simply cannot beat this griddle. ... show more

This is a great griddle at an affordable price! I am extremely disappointed that the lid is not on a hinge. And the lid does not fit the griddle properly so it wobbles. We had to tie it down with a cord for it to stay in place. I would not have bought this if I had known about the lid.

Love the griddle. Easy to assemble and season. The only assembly issue was that the top hole on the propane bracket did not align whatever hole the bottom knob attached to. I easily fixed it by drilling a new hole through the top hole on the bracket and the top shelf and inserted bolt and locknut under the shelf which was a very easy fix but was not able to use top knob. Great documentation and parts labeling. I would highly recommend the purchase or inclusion in the kit a preseasoned press for burgers, pininnies, bacon, and a commercial grade griddle mop for spreading oil instead of tongues and paper towel. I would pay more to have them included in parts and accessories. ... show more

The seller does not honor his product. He helped at first ,I did as was told EXACTLY but when after just one use the product completely rusted over he would not even give a half refund. And told me it was my fault. Amazon will not help either. Very dissatisfied
