This is my favorite pan in the pantry. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't come with a lid. This green pan is the best nonstick pan I have ever used. It cooks food evenly, on gas or electric stoves. The best part is that it is dishwasher safe. I am on my second pan after using my first one regularly for ~5 years. Only had to replace that one because I burned food in it and couldn't get it cleaned. I am famous for my eggs and I attribute their quality to being cooked in this pan. ... show more

I use this almost daily. It’s a nice, heavy pan that cooks evenly and cleans up easily. Don’t use cooking oil spray! I failed to notice that in the instructions on my first pan. Eventually things stick if you use that.

This small fry pan is well made and should be for its price. The manufacturer clearly warns against using cooking sprays. I use butter and an olive oil pump sprayer. As far as a non-stick label goes, I would say that applies more to cleanup than to cooking. Both my wife and I comment on how easily food sticks compared to other small fry pans we own. Also, I wish the pan had a little more real estate along its bottom. The edges could be slightly less rounded, but that's strictly a personal preference. I'm just a cook, not an accomplished chef.
