This is a great product for tough stains. I had a large dog-created stain (throw up) in our light carpet in our finished basement. I tried Nature's Miracle but couldn't get the stain out. Had the carpet steam-cleaned a couple of times but the stain was set in and couldn't be removed with steam-cleaning. I tried Folex cleaner yesterday and the stain is more or less gone. I liberally sprayed the area with the cleaner and used a soft brush to scurb the carpet. Blotted out the wet carpet with Bounty and the stain was lifted out of the carpet. I love this stain remover! It is so easy to use. Spray, wipe with my fingers and that’s it (on small carpet stains). On larger stains, I do try to blot the excess liquid. The value for the amount of liquid is great in my opinion! The bottle size is large and it lasts a long time. I use this on laundry stains as well! It’s actually my go-to for any clothing issues. I have used other spot carpet cleaners so have a basis for comparison. A friend gave me a partial bottle of Folex professional carpet cleaner to try. Having some light colored wool rug and also Berber rug needed to try to clean spots. Used it for old spots and even blood from cut and it was good for both. Relatively easy to use. I use this in my carpet shampooer along with regular detergent. No fuss. I have low pile white carpeting in two bedrooms and this got them brand new clean. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It got up all the stains and clean the high traffic area in the hall too in one pass.
