I love this Green Lima Anodized Healthy Ceramic 5 qt. Lightweight pot, I had this pot before but I let someone borrow it and I haven’t seen it since. That is until I reordered this Green Lima Pot, I hope this company never stops making this pot. It’s and everyday pot . And I needed lightweight pots & pans , and this pot takes seconds to clean it’s so easy. This is a great purchase , I like to clean this by hand . And it’s a very Sturdy solid pot, it’s not cheaply made. I since have bought the matching pans, because it’s a safe nonstick healthy brand . The only wish I have is for this company to make a 5 qt sauté everything Pan, that is solid like this pot. I ‘d checked and there are not so great reviews,like it’s not sturdy and solid, an it warps . So I’m really looking for this matching sauté pan, A Solid and sturdy 5 Qt. I bought this green pan when it was introduced to the public on HSN by Chef Todd and I loved it. The food doesn't stick and clean up is easy. I bought this pan after my grandson destroyed it when he used it to mix plaster of Paris to cover his volcano for a science project!!!

The size is perfect. Appreciate that it is made without harmful chemicals. Only negative is that the handles on the pot and lid can get hot if the pot is left on the stove for an extended period of time such as at a high simmer. Otherwise, I really like this product.

It's an amazing cookware, but it scratches easily. I haven't had a problem with anything sticking, though. It's super easy to clean; I mean, whatever is left over, even if overnight, comes off almost without scrubbing.
