We now have a number of green pans. They are excellent. The durability means coating does not flake off into food. We are hard on our cookware and have used calphalon, cuisinart, and all clad. Will buy green pan from now on. This particular one is a perfect middle size when a covered sauté pan is too short and the actual stock pot is too tall.

I really love the look and feel of this cookware (has a nice weight to it when compared to starter sets that one might buy at a big box store). The nonstick surface has also served me well so far. I already had lids from the cookware I was replacing, but if anyone is starting from scratch the might want to look for a set that includes lids instead of buying this set

I love this Green Lima Anodized Healthy Ceramic 5 qt. Lightweight pot, I had this pot before but I let someone borrow it and I haven’t seen it since. That is until I reordered this Green Lima Pot, I hope this company never stops making this pot. It’s and everyday pot . And I needed lightweight pots & pans , and this pot takes seconds to clean it’s so easy. This is a great purchase , I like to clean this by hand . And it’s a very Sturdy solid pot, it’s not cheaply made. I since have bought the matching pans, because it’s a safe nonstick healthy brand . The only wish I have is for this company to make a 5 qt sauté everything Pan, that is solid like this pot. I ‘d checked and there are not so great reviews,like it’s not sturdy and solid, an it warps . So I’m really looking for this matching sauté pan, A Solid and sturdy 5 Qt. Sauté pan With great reviews?? Anyone have any info or advice I would surely Appreciate it. It’s hard to find a Green Healthy Solid (5 qt ) Sauté pan, I have been searching for over six months. Well this Green Lima pot is great, I really love this pot I use it everyday,because it’s easy to cook in this pot, I got rid of my heavy pots and pans, because I love this brand so much. It’s a lightweight solid pot that’s going to last me years. And I seriously got this at a great price $44.00 on sale. I might buy another, because companies sometimes stop making a series collection of matching pot pan sets. And when I love this brand , I don’t want to have to change , sorry but when I truly love a product and they discontinue it , it’s sucks, especially because we don’t hear why. If a company was to upgrade a product, And it’s perfect the way it is . Because the replacement is not the same.! And usually not as good quality. I bought this green pan when it was introduced to the public on HSN by Chef Todd and I loved it. The food doesn't stick and clean up is easy. I bought this pan after my grandson destroyed it when he used it to mix plaster of Paris to cover his volcano for a science project!!!

The size is perfect. Appreciate that it is made without harmful chemicals. Only negative is that the handles on the pot and lid can get hot if the pot is left on the stove for an extended period of time such as at a high simmer. Otherwise, I really like this product.

It's an amazing cookware, but it scratches easily. I haven't had a problem with anything sticking, though. It's super easy to clean; I mean, whatever is left over, even if overnight, comes off almost without scrubbing.
